Thanks for giving me nice experience. Staffs they can speak English so I felt safe and comfortable to stay. Not dirty at all. I arrived early before check in and staffs took my belongings safely, thanks again. 日本人です。とても綺麗で、トイレも紙水に流せてよかったです。水道水は使えないですが水が備え付けてあったのでそれを使うことができました。市街地(ベンタイン市場・ブイビエン通り)に近いので若者におすすめのホテル?と感じました。ありがとう。

Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Lots of good bars / restaurants / cafes on the street. Basic rooms but clean and superb for the price. Reception staff very helpful with passable English. Would definitely stay again when in HCMC.

Unfortunately I read the reviews on Booking.com and didn’t check my trusted trip advisor like I usually do, We have been traveling since the beginning of January through, Thailand, Cambodia and now Vietnam and it’s not our first trip to these countries, it is however the first time styles, standards and service have been extremely disappointing. We arrived at this hotel around 15:55 with a check in time of 14:00. I had already informed them of our time of arrival and they had replied confirming it. On arrival Reception staff stated room wasn’t ready because of late checkout, I asked them for another room to which they completely ignored me so I asked for the manager. I told her I wasn’t happy paying for someone else’s late checkout and to arrange another room regardless of whether it was an upgrade of just a basic room as I had looked on booking.com and there were plenty of room, she said we will clean it as quickly as we can, 30 minutes later and 3 cleaning staff seen leaving the room it was ready. Totally unacceptable. Positives- Excellent cleaning staff and porters. Comfortable bed Television with English channels Good quiet air-con Safety deposit box a good size and actually screwed down which is quite a novelty in Asia. Very well located for the main sites in Saigon. Negatives- Rude an inexperienced management and reception staff. Steep steps leading in to the hotel One lift for the whole 12 floors which was full on numerous occasions, if that goes out of service it’s a long walk down. Room very tired especially in the bathroom. It actually felt like you were sleeping in an office with the style of the wardrobes. Very inventive photos, the pool is nothing more than a plunge pool with 4 sun loungers but in online publicity photos it looks massive. The sky bar happy hour was far from it, buy 2 get 1 free, we only paid for 4 half pints at a cost of £15.60 and the 2 free after a barrel change were undrinkable (I even changed the barrel for the 2 guys working as they didn’t know how to). No table service until you went up to the bar and ordered your drinks. Breakfast was cold and tasteless, you had to ask the staff for tea/coffee, at no time were we offered these or any form of eggs, the whole area was nothing more than a shambles run by very inexperienced staff. I must say they tried their best and the lack of service and standards is completely down to bad management. I didn’t use any of the other services they offered so I can’t comment on those. Being retired Publicans and restaurant owners we go through the hotel channel first to try and rectify any bad feedback and when it falls on deaf ears then to comment on here is truly justifiable.

We had a very mixed experience at A & Em Art Hotel with my family. While the hotel itself is clean, rooms nice and big (we had deluxe), and location superb, the hotel has also its' disadvantages - the staff being the biggest of them. During our three night stay we met with several staff members and almost all of them seemed to be very indifferent if not straight up rude toward us. Not all, but most of them. We had one male receptionist and a bell boy who were very friendly and attentive. Another complaint goes to breakfast. How can it be possible that when a place serves breakfast until 10am they are run out of food at 9am!? We didn't get any pho soup and even the coffee had ran out. And the staff did absolutely nothing but said that that's how it is. A big group that had come in is not an explanation, they should know about their guests. Another explanation was guests from the hotel across the street. That doesn't fly either since it's part of the same group (A & Em Corner Hotel). I usually don't care that much about hotel breakfast but this time we were travelling with my wife and our 1y11m daughter and having no breakfast really made our life more difficult. Pros - clean hotel - nice and clean rooms with complimentary water bottles for each day - excellent location Cons - breakfast, should probably go at 6am to receive any - staff and their attitude (excluding one bell boy, one receptionist, and the cleaners)

Anyway, the bed and room is fairly comfortable once we get used to the room. There is enough shelf and cupboard to store and put away your stuffs that you don't feel clutter. This is a family owned mini hotel type, that are looked after reasonably well by the owner. The hotel is right opposite Takar plaza with clean and air-conditioning food market. Complementary Breakfast is typical eggs and baguette or noodle soup with Vietnamese coffee. I would pay more to get triple room with actual windows an more spaces, if we want to stay on pham ngu lao Street.

Location: It's fairly easy to find, just next to the Central Market in the park. When I first arrived at the hotel, I thought it was the restaurant, I thought it was the house next door, but the door was closed and it was a bit embarrassing. Later, I asked the person in the restaurant, and it turned out that it was the hotel. The entrance is the restaurant, and the front desk is the receptionist when I go in. I am also dizzy. Transportation: Take the airport bus and get off at Pham Ngu Lao Street Main Station, and walk for five or six minutes. Getting off at the park is closer. It is recommended to get off one stop in advance and get off at the park (Central market). Room facilities: The reservation is for a family room. There is no exhaust fan in the pre-sale, so if you take a bath for a long time, the people inside will have a little breathing difficulty. The bathroom does not have any windows or vents. The wifi is very slow and slow. We use our own internet card to surf the Internet. I don’t know why the signal is always a bit interfering and not very good here. Very satisfied, very cost-effective. Clean every day and replace toothbrushes, towels and bath towels. The location is great, with restaurants, convenience stores, and foot massages all downstairs. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the famous Bar Street, and you can go to many places within a 15-minute walk. The store clerks and security guards at the door are all very polite. Every time I go back, they stand up and say hello to me. The price also includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is not very rich, it only consists of fried noodles and fried eggs. Two days ago, I had to go to another nearby branch to have breakfast. Maybe it was because the occupancy rate of our branch was not too high. Although it is a buffet breakfast, it is not suitable for me. When I first arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, I went to the wrong hotel. Later I discovered that A25 is a hotel chain with many branches throughout Ho Chi Minh City. I will definitely come back soon. I chose this room as it was the cheapest. The big bed was very comfortable. Although there was no window, there was a small window in the bathroom and a small transom in the room. Anyway, it’s almost the same for me if I turn on the air conditioner.
