The staff were always friendly and accomodating to my questions and requests. Thank you!
Central location with short grabs to must see locations.
Breakfast range caters many tastes.

Worth the price if you have budget concerns. Everything is good, breakfast is acceptable. Nearby the Ben Thanh market, you will get nice food around there.

Day 1: Ants in the bathroom & room
Day 2: Ants on the bed & at breakfast
Day 3: Lizard in the room + no water pressure, impossible to shower + complaint to the hotel
Day 4: Half way through showering water stops altogether + complaint
Day 5: Hotel manager tells me they can give me a discount for next time and that’s all. Next time? What a joke. I requested a refund as it is not acceptable not to be able to shower! Nothing.
Thanks to Trip for mediating and offering a solution when the hotel did nothing & took zero responsibility.

Hotel Location is very near Ben Than Market.. Room very clean, comfortable and staff bery helpfull. Malaysian street is like heaven to shopping item like tudung, telekung and other survenior. Hopefully will come again to this hotel. Reall recommended to family and friends.

I have been staying in this hotel regularly for 1.5 yrs now. Whenever I am in Saigon, this is the hotel that I will stay at.

The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The room had a bit of a strange smell to it though and the toilet wouldn’t even flush properly but other than that I had a great two night stay here. I would stay again
