"Avoid. Avoid. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it is in a great location, they take 200 shekel deposit. They will find all the reasons to steal the deposit from you. I had the same problem 3 years ago, but this time, I didn't want to leave the room until they returned the deposit. Also, the person that I had the room from was the most rude and abnocious person I had ever met."

"De dienst die we ontvingen tijdens ons bezoek aan het hotel was uitzonderlijk.. de receptie manager Liav was zeer zorgvuldig en werkte echt hard om ervoor te zorgen dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, zijn belangrijkste zorgen was dat we gelukkig waren.. Hij begreep ons en wat we nodig hadden. De receptiepersoneel was zo zorgvuldig en we voelden echt dat ze ons wilden bevredigen. Alan was uitzonderlijk aardig en begrijpelijk, vooral toen we een misverstand hadden met onze reservering. Hij ging uit zijn weg om ons zo comfortabel te maken. Als je hier komt om deze prachtige mensen te ontmoeten, zullen ze voor je zorgen.1 De kamers zijn luxe en de weduwe is adembenemend!"

The reservation amount displayed during the booking process was approximately ₪700, which I understood to be the total cost. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged ₪980 – a significant discrepancy of ₪280. It turns out that additional taxes or fees were added at the property, despite no clear indication of this during the booking process on your site. This is misleading and unacceptable. The total amount shown at checkout should reflect the final amount to be paid – not a partial figure that causes surprise charges upon check-in. I kindly request a full explanation and reimbursement for the overcharged amount. Please find below the booking. I trust that Trip.com will take this matter seriously and process my refund promptly. "If you want to ruin your vacation, check into a hotel and be greeted with a terrible reception. The reception staff is incompetent. The receptionist will refuse to check you in at night, demanding a photo of your bank card, even though you've already paid for the hotel. If you extend your stay, you'll be cursed out, especially by the elderly receptionist, who probably thinks he's the manager. I've never experienced so much negativity in all my travels. Unfortunately, the location means I have to endure this horror. Be prepared for the maids to pretend they forgot to put things in their bags, too. 😂 Basically, if you want bad service for a lot of money, this is the place for you."

"We stayed for 11 nights. The hotel is filthy. The rooms haven’t been vacuumed for years, the fixtures and fittings are 20 years out of date and god forbid you have a problem, the management and staff will lie to you. They won’t accept they are wrong - there answers were simply “well, if you don’t like it you should have stayed somewhere else” (note our complaint was not a subjective matter, it was factual and their promises of recompense simply lied about). Don’t stay there. Go to an Airbnb or similar and save yourself the hassle, money and disappointment. Particular dis-praise must go to the so called ‘guest relations manager’. She hid away for 2 hours with promises of ‘I’ll be five minutes’ every 20 minutes to avoid honouring a promise she made to refund monies so that we had to to check out for our flight. You could’ve manage a relationship with yourself let alone a guest. Disgusting behaviour."
