"I was given a different apartment due to some issue with the original apartment. It was quite tough for me to move about with heavy luggage so the owner was helpful enough to pick me up to the new place. The apartment is quite comfortable except that being a refurbished old building, the stairs are narrow with thick carpet. It's quite tough getting my luggage up and down, so for those with concern about stairs, do sound out that you would need help."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Travelodge in Harrow. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained and the cafe/restaurant food was great (breakfast was really good!). I'd definitely stay there again."

"De kamer was redelijk schoon (het absolute minimum) en ruim, maar we waren verrast dat de badkamer gedeeld werd met alle andere kamers in het hotel. Let op: de badkamer was schoon, maar volgens de minimale Engelse normen. Als ik het vanuit het perspectief van een toerist zou moeten bekijken, was het tapijt behoorlijk vies – helaas is dat in alle Engelse huizen het geval – en erg oud en onhygiënisch. Het is geen echt hotel. Er werkt een aardige man bij de receptie, maar ze beantwoorden geen e-mails en ook niet de tientallen telefoontjes die ik naar de twee online nummers heb gepleegd. Kies liever een andere accommodatie als dat mogelijk is!"
