The super happy to help and make your life easier The hotel itself locate like few steps from exit of metro Zhongyang street. i was shock when i see the metro in front of hotel cause expect less. Room is quite small so i request the bigger one if they have so they upgrade me with no cost 😘 all amenities are enough. **caution: no elevator, i have a huge luggages so guy staff and some ladies staff need to help me bring upstair The cuteness of this hotel is they provide tea,coffee,herb tea, snack,cake for everyone free!! also give the departure gift when u check out those are quite great souvenirs from Haerbin 🫰🤟👏

Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

I stayed at the Tianzhu Hotel right by the Harbin Railway Station, and honestly, it’s a bit of a toss-up. The location is the only real winner here—being right next to the airport bus and the train station is a lifesaver if you’re hauling luggage or have a super early flight. That part was super convenient. But the room itself? Pretty disappointing. It felt really old and worn out, like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The vibe was just kind of dingy. To make matters worse, the shower was a struggle. The water pressure was pathetic and the temperature was all over the place—either freezing or scalding. It made getting ready pretty frustrating. If you just need a cheap spot to crash for a few hours before a train, it does the job, but don't expect much. I’d probably look elsewhere next time if I wanted a comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly even though they know limited English. I didn’t take the breakfast. There is warm drink serve in hotel lobby for guest . The heater is functioning well. There is a bidet at toilet which i like.

Very good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.

Eerlijk gezegd is de locatie geweldig, het echtpaar dat de service verleende was goed en de kamer is relatief nieuw. Het ligt dicht bij het hogesnelheidsstation van Harbin, op ongeveer 7-8 minuten lopen. Het is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar de Sint-Sofiakathedraal en Central Street is ook prima. De geluidsisolatie is echter erg slecht; het toilet maakt veel lawaai en er is ook veel lawaai van bovenaf – je kunt het doorspoelen horen. De kussens zijn misschien een kwestie van persoonlijke voorkeur, maar ze waren niet erg comfortabel. Als je dat niet erg vindt, is het prima.

Very happy we choose to stay here. Hotel look small from outside and lobby looks simple, but once you enter elevator, everything else looks brand new and luxurious. Our room was big, nice with big windows. 1 king bed with 1 big sofa bed. The room and bathroom well equipped with brand new technology. Room is very clean, lots of light and newly renovated. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very well located, just 5 mnt walk to St Sophia church and 2 mnt walk to the famous pedestrian street. we had excellent stay. Good value of the money.

Service is so good here! Front desk staff was so warm and friendly and professional. The entrance only has steps so when we arrived, we took a few minutes trying to decide how to carry all our luggage up, but then some staff members came running out to help us carry it up! They helped us take our luggage to our room as well. It's in a prime location – right on Central Street, and easy walking distance to the metro station, shops, malls, restaurants, the Hongzhuan morning market and Saint Sophia's Church. However, the rooms are VERY small. There's barely any walking space, especially if you have multiple suitcases. The front desk did warn us about this when we checked in and offered to show us different rooms to see which size suited us best, which we appreciated, but it's something to consider. There was also no heated toilet seat, which would have been nice during the Harbin winter 😔 The corridor and shower also smelled a bit strange. There's also only one lift, so sometimes you need to wait. I think this is a great budget hotel for people travelling light, and is a good option if you're staying in Harbin for the Ice and Snow Festival, because the location is perfect for sightseeing – just 2-3 stops away from the Ice and Snow Festival, and walking distance to shops where you can buy cheap winter clothes and food.

Impeccable service right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, with good variety of breakfast spread and afternoon tea. The room is extremely spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all kinds of sleeping aids (i.e. steam eye masks and essential oil diffuser). Not to mention, it's strategically located opposite the metro station and lots of food establishments. A special shoutout to the F&B manager and the housekeeping lady at Level 5, who always serve us with a smile and ensuring that our needs are met. The F&B manager even prepared a plate of local fruits as well as yoghurt drinks and have them delivered to our room. Grateful for the hospitality and warmth received. Harbin DeRucci is indeed a home away from home, and we'd definitely choose this hotel again in a heartbeat if we ever return to Harbin.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, dicht bij populaire attracties zoals Central Street en de Sint-Sofiakathedraal. Je kunt de schoonheid van 'Ice City' gemakkelijk te voet verkennen, wat het reizen superhandig maakt. De hygiëne is onberispelijk; de kamers zijn brandschoon, het beddengoed is fris en zacht, en de badkamer is netjes met aparte natte en droge ruimtes, zonder enige geur. Dit toont aandacht voor detail. De service van Ranran is zowel enthousiast als professioneel, ze beantwoordt al je vragen en is ontzettend behulpzaam, wat de hele verblijfservaring zeer comfortabel maakte. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. De volgende keer dat ik naar Harbin kom, kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel. Een absolute aanrader!
