De locatie van het hotel is absoluut perfect. Recht tegenover het metrostation Youyigong van lijn 3, met een groot plein ervoor en naast de kabelbaan. Loop een stukje verder en je bent bij de oever van de Songhua-rivier. Naar Zhongyang Street en de ochtendmarkt in Hongzhuan Street is het ongeveer vijf minuten lopen, super handig. Maar wat echt het meest te prijken is, is de service van het hotel. Bij het inchecken werd onze bagage naar de kamer gebracht en na het uitchecken, toen we de metro namen, werd onze bagage zelfs naar de ingang van het metrostation gebracht. Zo ontzettend bedankt! De kamer was schoon, hygiënisch en ruim, met twee luchtbevochtigers. De receptie bood ook wegwerp handdoeken aan. Er is aan alles gedacht! Dit heeft echt een geweldige indruk achtergelaten op ons, die voor de eerste keer in Harbin waren.

Very good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.

The hotel is conveniently located near Central street. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I left my charging cables and adapter in the room when I checked out and they reached out to me via Trip.com app to inform me to pick up. Very pleasant experience . The gymn is very new as well and clean .

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

We boekten een kamer op Ctrip nadat we de recensies hadden gelezen. We kwamen rond 8 uur 's ochtends aan bij het hotel en het was nog geen inchecktijd, maar de mooie dame bij de receptie hielp ons om vroeg in te checken en raadde ons een familiekamer aan die geschikter was voor een gezin van drie met een baby. De hygiënische houding van de ontbijtservice is bijzonder goed en het personeel en de beveiliging in elke schakel zijn ook erg vriendelijk. Je krijgt het gevoel dat je bij een echt familielid bent, warm en gastvrij. Ik bleef nog een dag en was erg tevreden. Als ik de volgende keer naar Erbin ga, kies ik weer voor deze plek en raad het mijn vrienden aan. Mineraalwater, toiletpapier, toiletbrilhoezen en airconditioners zijn allemaal gratis en het toiletpapier is allemaal nieuw. De omgeving is rustig en comfortabel. Het ligt heel dichtbij alles en je kunt makkelijk een taxi of Didi nemen. Het treinstation is direct te voet bereikbaar.

Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper.

This hotel's location is excellent and very convenient, making it an ideal choice for first-time visitors to Harbin for sightseeing, photography, and tasting local cuisine. Less than 3 min walk to central street. The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very friendly, courteous, and easy to communicate with, readily fulfilling any requests. Basic amenities and necessities are readily available and in good condition. Overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Family Room has excellent toilet and bathroom design with sufficient privacy and place to hang clothes. Even has humidifier which was good as the air could get really dry here. The hotel knows travelling needs of family well. If there is bidot and vanity mirror would be bonus.

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend, dicht bij populaire attracties zoals Central Street en de Sint-Sofiakathedraal. Je kunt de schoonheid van 'Ice City' gemakkelijk te voet verkennen, wat het reizen superhandig maakt. De hygiëne is onberispelijk; de kamers zijn brandschoon, het beddengoed is fris en zacht, en de badkamer is netjes met aparte natte en droge ruimtes, zonder enige geur. Dit toont aandacht voor detail. De service van Ranran is zowel enthousiast als professioneel, ze beantwoordt al je vragen en is ontzettend behulpzaam, wat de hele verblijfservaring zeer comfortabel maakte. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. De volgende keer dat ik naar Harbin kom, kies ik zeker weer voor dit hotel. Een absolute aanrader!

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.
