Hotels in Harbin Sunac Land/The Sun Island, Harbin

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

Hartverwarmende welterustenmelk: vraag ernaar bij de receptie en het wordt op je kamer bezorgd. Er is een selfservicewasserette, wat erg handig is. Eten laten bezorgen is ook handig. Faciliteiten: Zeer stijlvol, modern interieur, de föhn werkt geweldig en de badkamer heeft een aparte douche en toilet. De service bij de receptie is uitstekend; ze belden me zelfs terug om iets op te halen dat ik bij mijn vertrek was vergeten. De melk bij het ontbijt is heerlijk. North Shore Xige is praktisch mijn t****e thuis.

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at the Rezen Dong Hotel Harbin Ice & Snow World. The facilities were excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location ideal. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home, even in the middle of winter! Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

Liefde de kamer is geweldig alles was goed ik genoten het ontbijt er waren veel verschillende keuzes het was jummy Een ding ik niet graag was dat ik moest naar beneden elke keer dat ik een levering beval Mabey we kunnen een beetje upgrade daarop. Ook de kledingcode voor gasten in de eetzaal moet worden geadresseerd dit is een 5-sterrenhotel dat ik niet hoef te zien mensen die kleding dragen met niets onder het met de kamer sandals is gewoon niet cool. Ik zag mensen met hen praten over het vragen ze om te veranderen, maar het duurde een tijdje. Het was een prachtige ervaring en ik zal b terug eens snel en hopelijk zal ik nog wat meer upgrades zien?

帶孩子旅行住的，非常舒適，房間很寬敞佈局合理，個人感覺跟香格里拉的佈局很像，親子房有兩個洗手池，放東西的枱麪也很多，非常方便。五星酒店該有的細節和服務都有，價格卻很便宜。另外挨着萬象滙，帶孩子吃飯買東西步行兩分鐘，後悔沒有四晚都訂這裏了。下次來哈爾濱還會住這裏～

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

The stay experience is very good, you must write a serious praise! The most satisfying thing is the location, close to Harbin Sunac Paradise, it is too convenient for people who come to play in the park. You don't have to get up early to hurry, and you don't have to worry about not going back late. The hotel is clean and hygienic as a whole, the room is large, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and the sleep is particularly practical. The service details are in place, the front desk is warm and patient, the cleaning aunt cleans carefully, and the supplies are neatly arranged. The facilities are well maintained, there is no damage or old situation, and the WiFi speed is very fast. The surrounding life is convenient, there are many choices for eating, and the travel is smooth. Compared with several, this one has the highest comprehensive cost-effectiveness. It is comfortable and worry-free. It is definitely not thundered when you come to Sunac Paradise to play and live here. I have already recommended it to friends around me. I will come again if I have a chance!

一人帶娃來到哈爾濱，選到這家民宿真的太幸運了，強烈推薦！ 老闆特別熱情，有問必答，對帶孩子的行程也很照顧，讓人一下子就安心了。 位置真的無敵好—— 樓下就是地鐵站，而且所有熱門景點全在同一條地鐵網上： • 1站直達冰雪大世界 • 2站到太陽島 • 再坐1站就是中央大街 帶娃出行完全不折騰，省時省力，太友好了。 房間是落地窗設計，風景特別好，白天看雪景，晚上看燈景，隨手一拍就是大片，打卡出片率100%。 民宿老闆給我們推薦了潤城世紀途悦分公司，真的太靠譜了！ 司機全程帶我們玩雪鄉和亞布力，行程安排得明明白白，沒有任何不合理消費，完全不套路，特別讓人放心。 一路玩下來所有經典項目一個不落，節奏也很舒服，帶娃完全不累。司機人特別好，細心又耐心，該提醒的提醒，該照顧的照顧，真的超級省心、超級貼心。 這次哈爾濱之行體驗感拉滿，很大一部分要歸功於他們，真心推薦！

The service from the hotel was beyond expectation. We enjoyed the hotel facilities, indoor and outdoor hotspring, dinner, started off from front desk who are well trained, led by manager who knows the hotel inside out and made us feel at home. The room are spacious, dedicated housekeeping crews did their job well and we feel like going home after everyday’s traveling outdoor at the coldest place we ever traveled to in our life. Crews who gained our highest respect on their superb service are as follows:- 张云河，孙宇，夏子寒，秀力，王玉梅，葛玉兰. The manager 张云河 really went extra steps made my mom’s new year count down dreams come true. It’s unforgettable 2026 new year countdown that we have ever enjoyed! Will choose the same hotel again if we were to come Harbin again. Owh ya, tried the first even 搓澡, the crew are so professional and expert!! Nice experience especially for 71 years old mom and 7 years old daughter!
