"重点提一下设施方面的问题： No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night. No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want. No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo. 遗憾是没来得及拍照，总之体验不怎么美好就对了，谨慎"

"預訂了套房，住的很滿意。以前總住五星酒店，各地區的服務和配套參差不齊，在價格貴的情況下還經常踩坑。上次在蘭州住過一次亞朵S，價格便宜，各項設施也不比以前住的五星酒店差。 服務暖心且便捷，特別適合年輕人的出行節奏。這次入住的保定亞朵給我的印象也很好。 入住時由於個人習慣不同與服務人員溝通為入住條件做了微調，溝通非常順暢且立刻解決了問題。離店時也有不同的服務人員多次詢問入住是否滿意。 個人很喜歡他們的企業文化，員工都很負責任而且不急不躁，相比以前遇到過的機械化溝通或者是非常消極的服務態度這裡是讓我很舒服的。如果每個城市的亞朵品質沒有差別的話以後出行會優先選擇亞朵。"

"Dit hotel was een fantastische ervaring! De locatie is uitstekend, ideaal om overal naartoe te reizen, en er zijn tal van restaurants en winkels in de buurt. De kamers waren schoon en netjes, het beddengoed was comfortabel en de airconditioning werkte perfect met nauwkeurige temperatuurregeling. Het personeel bij de receptie was vriendelijk en attent, het inchecken verliep efficiënt en snel, en ze reageerden direct op alle verzoeken. De faciliteiten waren goed onderhouden en de algehele sfeer was rustig en elegant. Geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, een 5-sterren beoordeling!"

"Een fantastische ervaring in het Marriott Fairfield by Marriott Baoding! Zoals je van een Marriott-hotel mag verwachten, biedt het hotel sterrenkwaliteit tegen een betaalbare prijs, waardoor het ongelooflijk voordelig is! Nadat ik een standaardkamer had geboekt, kreeg ik bij aankomst proactief een upgrade naar een superior kamer. De kamer was ruim en licht, met zacht en comfortabel beddengoed. De halfopen badkamer had een aparte douche en toilet, en de faciliteiten waren compleet en doordacht. De grootste verrassing was de uitstekende service voor automobilisten. Het hotel biedt gratis parkeergelegenheid en laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen, en er zijn ook diverse snellaadstations van verschillende merken aan de overkant van de straat, waardoor reizen met een elektrische auto volledig zorgeloos is. Het winkelgebied Shanggu Daguan ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen, waardoor dineren en winkelen erg gemakkelijk is. Het ontbijt bood een ruime keuze aan Chinese en westerse opties, met versgemalen koffie en sap als grote pluspunt. De service was warm, attent en discreet. Of het nu voor zakenreizen of ontspannen roadtrips is, dit hotel is een aanrader en ik zal er zeker weer verblijven als ik de volgende keer in Baoding ben!"

"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

"The Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store! The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️ The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜 There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent. The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws. The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere. I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟"
