"Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.
Weil ich Allergie habe, war das Teppich sehr schlecht für mich. Es was alt und nicht mehr zu reinigen glaube ich. Sonst war alles sauber.
Wir mussten unerwartet meine Hunde nehmen, weil der Dogsitter all over sudden didn't want to take care of my dogs anymore. In Ihrem Hotel haben Sie keine Probleme gemacht aber nur Verständnis gehabt und das schätze ich sehr. Sonst hätten wir abreisen sollen.
Im Restaurant ist dann eine spezielle Tisch gemacht für uns und meine Vierbeiner. Sie waren alle sehr lieb und sehr freundlich für meine Caisy und Flocky. Die Service war einen 5 plus Wert vom Restaurant. Wir haben sehr genossen von das Menu: Alles war sehr gut. Ich habe mein ganze Leben in 5star Plus Hotels gereist und gelebt Weltweit und ich weiss wann die Leute Service geben, und Fachleute sind. Aber das Menschliche Fingerspitze Gefühl gibt es noch sehr selten.
Jemand die ich / wir noch extra Danken möchte für Ihre Hilfe ist Kiara oder Ciara. Sie hat die persönliche, sehr professionelle Bedienung gehabt die man Kaum noch findet. Ich weiss nicht wie Sie es gemacht hat, aber trotzdem das es die Zeit im Jahr ist das alles ausgebucht ist, und alle unter Stress stehen, hat Sie für alle Kunden Zeit genommen, trotzdem niemanden warten lassen. Sie hat soviel Kleinigkeiten gesehen und damit geholfen, nicht nur für uns aber für alle Ihre Kunden. Ich habe selten jemand so Freundlich, hilfsbereit, Professionell gesehen. Sie hat schon gewusst was die Kunden brauchen und erledigt bevor wir es gesagt haben. Ich möchte Ihr nochmals herzlich danken für alles was Sie getan hat für uns.
Wir waren beide einverstanden, das wann wir zurück in diese Gegend kommen, wir bei Euch zurückkommen nur wegen Kiara. (ich glaube das man es so schreibt).

Het charmante Hotel Alphorn ligt in Gstaad, dicht bij de kabelbanen die naar de skigebieden Wispile en Eggli gaan. Er worden knusse kamers met een rustieke stijl en smakelijke gerechten geboden.
U kunt in de uitnodigende "Möschgstube" genieten van culinaire hoogstandjes of op het grote, zonovergoten terras dat een schitterend uitzicht heeft op de skihelling. U zult in de knusse kamers van een goede nachtrust genieten. Er is een klein wellness-gedeelte met een sauna, stoombad, massagebad, zonnebank, kapsalon en eigen schoonheidssalon op het hotelterrein.
Direct achter het hotel is een skischool en een ski-kleuterschool te vinden en een wandeling van 8 minuten brengt u bij het stadscentrum dat verkeersvrij is gemaakt. Het sportcentrum en de grote Menuhin-feesttent liggen 800 meter verderop en de golfbaan op 9 kilometer.

Beim Frühstück hatte es keine Gipfeli oder Brötchen als wir kamen uns es war noch nicht spät. Mein Mann fragte nach und dann hat man ihm Aufbackgipfeli gebracht."
