"Near the marshrutka stop for Yerevan. Fridge and hair dryer provided. Very clean. The only problem is that the windows can only be opened a little. Poor ventilation is not good for your health. I wish they could open them all the way. It was good that they brought a fan when I said it was hot."

The chef and the front desk patiently understood our vegetarian food requirements for dinner and breakfast and prepared a great meal with more than sufficient quantity. Would certainly recommend this hotel."

"Interesting, quirky reception/restaurant area, comfortable rooms and well located. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a small bar area and a lovely outdoor courtyard area. Pleasant 5 minute walk down the street to a supermarket and pharmacy. If I recall correctly there is not an elevator. We were travelling with a Gate1 group and we're happy to be booked at this hotel."
