We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! Oh I should add that we were there during national holiday week. So even more quiet…

The river view is very beautiful. I casually booked a weekend break, but I didn't expect it to be particularly comfortable. There are nice coffees nearby, quiet and within walking distance to outlet shopping. Although the front desk does not speak Chinese, the service staff are considerate and I must say that the young lady is very pretty!

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. I visited the hotel with my boyfriend for our anniversary, and there were a lot of places to eat nearby. If you are a hotel guest, there is a 10% discount on the 22nd floor TO&TO, so we had a set menu for 2 people and 3 people, including wine, and delicious food for around 60,000 won👍🏻👍🏻 I am even more satisfied because Starfield is a 6-minute drive away.

This hotel is located on the 8th floor of a building that is common in rural areas, and the rooms are spacious and new, with power cables for iPhones, mobile phone chargers, and Android devices, and clean bathrooms. There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.

It is said that the room is clean and hygienic, the service at the front desk is very friendly, and it makes you feel at home. It is a comfortable stay. The surrounding facilities are also very good. Transportation is also convenient. Will order again if I have the chance.

Bus transport directly to airport about 10 minutes walk away and subway about 15 min. Many mainstream city restaurants and some local restaurants in vicinity.

Very satisfactory hotel for the price

We stayed at this hotel for the KINTEX exhibition. At that time, from the distance (generally 20 minutes, 13000-14000 about won), the hotel opened time (2020 is relatively new), whether there is breakfast and whether it is convenient to eat nearby. (There is a commercial street along the river in about 10 minutes walk. There are many shops to eat) and other angles to choose this hotel, the actual prove is really good. Seven of us asked the hotel if there was a chartered car service, and the hotel provided us with a free pick-up service from work at the daily exhibition. We said we wanted to eat dumplings for breakfast, and the president immediately agreed to arrange for us the next day. The front desk staff are very gentle and patient. Although the room decoration is general, the space is quite large, it is comfortable to live, and the sound insulation effect is very good. Overall very satisfied!
