We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! Oh I should add that we were there during national holiday week. So even more quiet…

I used it at a low price even on the weekend! The room was upgraded, and the staff were very friendly :) I came here looking for a swimming pool, but it's too bad I couldn't use it because I was tired from watching soccer. I'll definitely use the swimming pool next time I visit again.

Stavia hotel has good service. The room was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was tasty, but, come a bit early before it runs cold at 9:50am. The location is a bit isolated but it has immediate access to restaurants and convenience store. If you’re looking for nightlife you’ll to take a taxi for about 25 minutes to Hongdae. Overall, we had a lovely stay! Thank you!

I have a conference at KINTEX, come in with a group of 11 people. I got deluxe double room, the room was amazing and huge, with retractable roof blinde, huge window, jacuzzi bathtub, and LgStyler for steam dry/self iron clothes, suits and coats, flat iron for hair, hairdryer.. Bed was super comfortable. Tv and PC with internet access are available in the room as well. But the downside was the sink was outside the bathroom. Feels a bit awkward. They claim the room was soundproof, honestly when we have a nice songs and chatting, we get a call from reception to turn down the noise. For my friends room, they were at twin room, and no LGStyler, and the sink was next to bed. Some complaints that the room has a smell. the breakfast buffet was really simple. not many variety for western food. They have korean breakfast

On my first visit, I made a phone reservation and the staff waited a little because they received the guests first, but the regrets at that time were great enough to blow away. I recently went on a trip to Seoul, South Korea and stayed at the Better Guest House the entire duration of my stay. I was initially only planning to stay a couple of days, but I was so blown away by the service and hospitality, I had to stay longer. The host was incredible! I contacted him last minute late at night when my flight landed and not only did he answer my call immediately, but he came and picked me up from the airport. The place was very clean and spacious and I was able to use all of the facilities (kitchen, laundry machine, TV, etc.) freely. My host helped me convert money so I wouldn't have to pay bank fees, he showed me around the neighborhood and where I could buy food/regular supplies, and provided occasional free car rides into the city. Another very cool thing he did was take myself and other residents on day trip to a local/historic Buddhist temple and a popular shopping pier FOR FREE. The only thing we payed for that day was our food at the traditional Korea restaurant. The service was above and beyond; the host made my stay very convenient and I am grateful for his kindness. I will return here if I travel to Seoul again.

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

Lovely hotel but a bit far from everything- next to premium outlets that had a huge food court but we never made it in time. Orders close at 8:30 and they don’t take cash. Hotel info said subway station was 10 meters away but actually it was miles away and hard to get to. Finally figured out the bus system toward the last day. I wouldn’t recommend to travelers who don’t speak Korean. Used the hotel’s 24-hour gym every day- good perk. “Convenience” store inside hotel only open from 7pm to midnight. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a very positive experience though; in a way I liked the quiet neighborhood. No residences, just big logistics hubs and outlets. Great choice for shopping travelers! Oh I should add that we were there during national holiday week. So even more quiet…

I am anxious to come to Korea. It is warm because it is on and the interior is also beautiful. And breakfast is not a lot of food I had a good breakfast, breakfast staff It is very nice and friendly. When calling, it is convenient to fill in the necessary items immediately.
