The water in the wash basin in the room was very small, and the drain was a bit blocked. I asked for repairs but it was still the same. Before I left, they secretly deducted more than 200 US dollars from me, and there was no bill. I found it when I got home, reported it to Ctrip, and then contacted the hotel. The answer was that more than 80 US dollars was the network fee, and more than 100 US dollars was the tax. It was really a lion's mouth. It was Ctrip that compensated me for the fee later."

"We hadden een zeer korte nacht rust voor onze verbindingsvlucht uit Atlanta, ongeveer 6 uur alleen, We boeken in dit hotel omdat het dicht bij het station Lenox is en het gebied wordt beschouwd als veilig in Atlanta. We kunnen van het station naar het hotel lopen met bagage in de nacht en terug naar het station in de vroege ochtend. De kamer is schoon en met volledige voorzieningen. We huren meestal een auto als we meer dagen bezoeken in Atlanta. Als het hotel gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de hotelgasten kan aanbieden, kiezen we dit hotel opnieuw."
