"The hotel in Fort William is too difficult to book. It can be set here on the opposite side. You can take the ferry opposite. It is quite convenient for about 20 minutes. Hotel breakfast is good, non-self-service, you can order."

Onich Hotel & Lochside Beach Pods

"The hotel is situated some 20 KM south of Forth William in a small village, located at the loch with views across the water. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean but not modern, the hotel has a restaurant and pub. I used a room in the main building there are also pods outside near the water. Was disappointed that the London like rate did not include breakfast, if you charge £285 per night in the country side I would expect breakfast. Lovely place, beautiful area."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Fort William houses are difficult to book in August. The house I saw online said it was a superior cabin. I really didn't understand the point of the room. When I went there, I realized that it looked like a high-end prefabricated house. About twelve square meters. It’s not like Fifteen square meters as described by Ctrip. As soon as I entered the house, it smelled like sweat. The house was very cold because it was on an open field. There is a heating system, but it heats up very slowly. I heated it until eleven o'clock and it was only twenty degrees. The bathroom was about one level and I couldn't take a shower in it. I slept all night with my clothes on. The key point is that a house like this costs more than 2,200 a night at this time. We booked two rooms for two nights. After sleeping all night, I decided not to stay any longer. The boss doesn't check out. Ctrip thought I was a high-quality customer and refunded 500 yuan to me. I just think it's a big hole. Breakfast in the morning is a la carte with a small amount of buffet. Not tasty. It feels like you made your own sausage. Unpalatable."

"Nice staff we checked in at 18:00. Parking space is quite limited we have to wait for half an hour to get the parking space. The room is great small but enough. There are some restaurants around the hotel."

Lime Tree Hotel

"We had reason to go onto this hotel to complain about the restaurant, we didn't stay here so only have experience of the staff. The reception wasn't manned, the person who came when we rang the bell seemed nonplussed. We asked to speak to the manager who.....surprise, surprise was the chef from our bad experience the night before. The hotel and restaurant are trying so hard to be high end but the only thing high end is the price (certainly in the restaurant but judging by the grubby reception, the hotel is no better). The chef in the restaurant acting as the manager of the hotel is just weird and he doesn't seem to excel at either. Save your money!"
