"Mooie locatie. Erg mooi omgeving. Mijn kamer was aardig klein, maar goed uitgerust. Wees gewoon bewust dat de houten structuur onvermijdelijk een beetje geluid introduceert. Het ontbijt was oké, maar het uitzicht was zeker een bonuspunt!"

"Dit is een fantastische accommodatie met in totaal twee slaapkamers en een open keuken. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer en suite. De woonkamer heeft een grote slaapbank. Er kunnen in totaal zes personen verblijven. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en de benodigde ingrediënten zijn verkrijgbaar bij een grote Morrison-supermarkt in de buurt. De accommodatie beschikt ook over een wasmachine en een droogrek, zodat de was 's nachts kan drogen."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Fort William houses are difficult to book in August. The house I saw online said it was a superior cabin. I really didn't understand the point of the room. When I went there, I realized that it looked like a high-end prefabricated house. About twelve square meters. It’s not like Fifteen square meters as described by Ctrip. As soon as I entered the house, it smelled like sweat. The house was very cold because it was on an open field. There is a heating system, but it heats up very slowly. I heated it until eleven o'clock and it was only twenty degrees. The bathroom was about one level and I couldn't take a shower in it. I slept all night with my clothes on. The key point is that a house like this costs more than 2,200 a night at this time. We booked two rooms for two nights. After sleeping all night, I decided not to stay any longer. The boss doesn't check out. Ctrip thought I was a high-quality customer and refunded 500 yuan to me. I just think it's a big hole. Breakfast in the morning is a la carte with a small amount of buffet. Not tasty. It feels like you made your own sausage. Unpalatable."

"Be careful when staying here. There is no one in the hotel except you, not to mention breakfast and other services. Check-in is done at the castle hotel a few hundred meters away, and you have to take the key and come back by yourself. It is seriously inconsistent with the hotel introduction. It's a dark house alone in the dark night with only you👀"

Nevis View

"B&B after Fort William in the town of Corpach. There are two rooms and they are part of the house where the hosts live, kind without being too affable. The bathroom is shared with the other room and it is very clean as is the room. The room was narrow, there were 3 of us with our luggage and we couldn't move even if there were two of us the cost would have been too low. The quality-cost ratio was average. They offer a good Scottish breakfast in the price."

Lime Tree Hotel

"We had reason to go onto this hotel to complain about the restaurant, we didn't stay here so only have experience of the staff. The reception wasn't manned, the person who came when we rang the bell seemed nonplussed. We asked to speak to the manager who.....surprise, surprise was the chef from our bad experience the night before. The hotel and restaurant are trying so hard to be high end but the only thing high end is the price (certainly in the restaurant but judging by the grubby reception, the hotel is no better). The chef in the restaurant acting as the manager of the hotel is just weird and he doesn't seem to excel at either. Save your money!"
