I come to florianopolis from Hawaii. I barely speak a word of Portuguese and I encountered Eduardo who worked at the Simple pool bar. I was treated so great by him and it helped me a lot that he spoke English fluently. He was so helpful, attentive, professional and kind. My experience at Il campanario villiage resort was so positive! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Very clean!!! All star staff!!! Nice hardwood/tile floors. Very good continental breakfast and also the room service was tasty and quick! Security elevator was a plus. Climate control in each sleeping space made it pleasant for everyone. Valet parking made it very easy and extremely convenient. Florianópolis is full of one way streets you may want a vehicle with GPS.

We are hosted in the 8th floor. dirty AP. dark corridors. broken safe dirty bedrooms in the checkin, i.e. , room that should have been cleaned or washing bedroom was replaced, restaurant delayed. Hotel without infrastructure for children, no baby cup or microwave. If it weren't the attention of Dioní at the reception I would have gone, and cleaning of Marta the night, which we had to call because we went out and when we returned, no cleaning had been done in the room. I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

Fizemos uma pesquisa prévia para ver qual hotel ficar por conta de um evento na cidade e o INTERCLASS tinha um bom custo-benefício, mas nossa, que decepção. O quarto não tinha nada a ver com as fotos e o atendimento nos quartos era ruim. Pedimos uma sopa e uma omelete e demorou horas. A recepcionista disse que era porque o restaurante estava muito cheio e eu entendo, mas daí não atender o telefone só para dar um parecer? Sinceramente, fiquei muito decepcionada. Se não tinha condições de atender com qualidade o número de hóspedes, contrasse mais pessoal ou então não lotasse o hotel. Os quartos também eram muito colados uns dos outros, então eu conseguia ouvir tudo o que o meu vizinho falava e até mesmo quando ele deitava na cama porque a parede do meu quarto todo balançava. De resto, o hotel era perto do local do evento, então tem uma boa localização e apesar da falta de pessoal no hotel, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e não responsabilizo eles pelo atendimento precário.
