Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay. Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis. It's expensive, but every cent has been spent well.

I was treated so great by him and it helped me a lot that he spoke English fluently. He was so helpful, attentive, professional and kind. My experience at Il campanario villiage resort was so positive! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

Fizemos uma pesquisa prévia para ver qual hotel ficar por conta de um evento na cidade e o INTERCLASS tinha um bom custo-benefício, mas nossa, que decepção. O quarto não tinha nada a ver com as fotos e o atendimento nos quartos era ruim. Pedimos uma sopa e uma omelete e demorou horas. A recepcionista disse que era porque o restaurante estava muito cheio e eu entendo, mas daí não atender o telefone só para dar um parecer? Sinceramente, fiquei muito decepcionada. Se não tinha condições de atender com qualidade o número de hóspedes, contrasse mais pessoal ou então não lotasse o hotel. Os quartos também eram muito colados uns dos outros, então eu conseguia ouvir tudo o que o meu vizinho falava e até mesmo quando ele deitava na cama porque a parede do meu quarto todo balançava. De resto, o hotel era perto do local do evento, então tem uma boa localização e apesar da falta de pessoal no hotel, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e não responsabilizo eles pelo atendimento precário.

Deixo minha avaliação negativa 1/5 que pode colocar na conta da funcionária com aparência indígena (nome Cynthia), que ficava a maior parte do tempo mexendo em um notebook na cozinha. Suponho que tenha uma função de orientar os outros funcionários, mas deve estar ganhando a mesma coisa pela cara feia o tempo todo. Estava eu de boa mexendo no celular enquanto aguardava o prato que pedi de noite, aí percebi que alguém estava me encarando. Quando olhei esse ser me mediu de cima a baixo. No dia seguinte, sentei pra pedir uma feijoada. Daí ela chegou na moça que fazia os pedidos e perguntou ”ele vai pedir alguma coisa??” , como se fosse pra me mandar sentar em outro lugar. Daí conformei a implicância comigo. Tanto funcionário bom buscando reconhecimento e colocam uma pessoa com comportamento grotesco, levando uma com cliente de graça.

We went to Florianópolis to make a competition and looked for a hotel with great cost benefit. The hotel has served us very well, staff are very nice and educated, breakfast is excellent, with a variety of and everything very tasty, quality products. You can trust! The hotel is also very good, it's a little old, small rooms, but it has served us very well. All very clean, covered clean and new look. Linen with a great look too. TV works perfectly with channels by signature. The hotel is located in a corner and in the centre, it has everything nearby (apotheke, market, pancake, coffee, Havan). Because I stayed in a corner, some assessments suggest staying in higher floors, I stayed in the 5th floor and the noise didn't bother me a little, when I wanted more silence, closed the windows and everything was resolved (it was cold, The city was full during our stay, so my husband and I stayed in a room with 02 single beds. I spoke to the reception days before check-in and asked for the beds union. They joined and put a soft coat and we almost never realized that they were two beds united. You can stay without fear, the hotel will take care of you. He is true to the cost benefit!

My partner and I stayed here for four nights in March 2022. Overall we enjoyed the resort and may stay again. The resort has a nice fun pool in the centre of the complex along with good bar service. There is also plenty of space for kids to play. If you prefer the beach then there is direct access from the pool area and chairs and umbrellas from the resort and readily available at no extra cost. The staff were very helpful and responded to all our requests. We also received daily housekeeping which post-covid seems to be a luxury. Whilst the resort was very good it could easily have been even better. Our apartment (and others may be different) was in real need of some tender loving care, in particular the bathroom which was old and tatty. We were also provided with a wide range of tea and coffee pots, cups, saucers but nothing to actually make coffee or tea with! And yes, we asked…. The on-site restaurant is good value but not the best place to eat by a long shot. It’s handy being on site and is more than adequate but if you are staying more than a couple of days check out other local places. Finally if you have a need to connect with work or to be online during your stay make sure you have plenty of cellular data as the advertised wifi is truly awful. It frequently failed to connect, dropped the connection and was very slow. In fact it was next to useless. This is a nice place that you feel could be so much better with just a bit of effort.

The apartment, it seems you are in a bad Airbnb, very simple need of a general reform, especially the bathroom, which despite having been good bath, is super old even! It means, needs an urgent reform in the apartments.

Hotel Pé na Areia! Quarto: limpo e confortável! Toalhas trocadas e quarto limpo diariamentes. A única coisa que deixou a desejar um pouco foi a pressão da água do chuveiro. Café da Manhã: Bastante variedade, com opções sem glúten e sem lactose. Praia e Piscina: Não há recreação nem monitoria na piscina, mas nada que atrapalhe. Serviço de praia foi ok, mas para pegar cadeira e guarda sol nos dias mais movimentados, chegue cedo, (no período que estava lá, estava faltando um funcionário que estava doente, então o serviço de praia ficou um pouco comprometido). Localização: Bem no centrinho dos Ingleses, muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojinhas na porta do hotel. Só precisa pegar o carro se realmente quiser. Estacionamento: Pago a parte - R$ 30/diária.

The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.
