"This review refers to the Arena Guesthouse and not the Arena Lodge. We stayed there for seven nights and it was always very quiet. The common room is great; you can always make yourself tea or eat your own food. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and, above all, flexible. The location is excellent."

"De spa was geweldig. Als er maar een zwembad was, zou dit het beste hotel zijn waar ik ooit in Zwitserland heb verbleven. Daar ben ik van overtuigd. De badkamer was doorzichtig, wat een beetje onhandig was voor drie vrienden, maar verder was het geweldig. De ontbijtopties waren wat beperkt, maar voor de prijs waren de faciliteiten, service en kamers onberispelijk."

"Check-in was done through the website which was great, as we arrived late and we could get to our room quickly and smoothly. Doors open with a digital key, through an app. Super clean room, however very minimalist: no wardrobe to properly unpack stuff but there were only two shelves and a few hangers, no table, one chair (but at least there were two nightstands), no minibar. The balcony is essentially shared, separated by two thin ropes from both sides, so not much privacy as the neighbors can see into your room—I would highly recommend updating the pictures on the website as they are very misleading, as it looks like the rooms have their own separate balcony. I wish there was ventilation in the bathroom as it was horribly humid after ever shower. Loved all that natural wood design throughout the entire hotel. Big, comfy bed. Breakfast is excellent with lots of high quality food items, freshly made eggs and excellent coffee. Super quiet place; easy to relax. We had dinner there once and everything was phenomenal. There’s also a washer and a dryer in the basement—self service but free; very useful. Overall great stay."

"Top Hotel, aanbevelen. Zeer rustig, goede locatie (naast busstation, track shop, openbare parkeerplaatsen, etc.). Zeer goed eten. Grote kamers met balkon. Sauna en kleine zwembad in het huis voor gasten. Zeer vriendelijk/voorkomend personeel. Book het maar weer."

"We waren voor een korte vakantie met hond na de faasnacht in Flims, in het hotel T3 Mira Val. De greeting is vrij koud en niet erg klantvriendelijk. Zo is de informatie vergeten dat de kamersleutel op de receptie zelfstandig en zelfstandig uit de sleutelbalk mag worden genomen (.....), dat je de klingons niet mag drukken. Dit werd me beschuldigd toen ik de eerlijkheid had om de sleutel te klinken (.....). Dus, neem de sleutel die je wilt, of van jou, niet gecontroleerd of gecontroleerd. Het eten is altijd koud of zelfs koud. De gemiddelde voedselkwaliteit. De prijs is zeer hoog voor de standaard van de aangeboden. Geen verblijfsruimte die de titel verdienen. De kamer is groot genoeg en het balkon is aardig. De reiniging is voldoende tot onvoldoende, zie je onmiddellijk de stofvoeten bij het bekijken. De TV kan niet worden aangesloten op de koppeling die de kabel te kort is 230VAC (.....). De sauna is net in orde, mooi of aangenaam is anders. Daarom vind je geen foto's van de saunaruimtes online. De sanitaire voorzieningen hier in de kelder (.....), in de sauna, zoals leidingen en schimmelvorming bijvoorbeeld op ramenborden - geen commentaar. Ik was blij om terug te reizen, het was niet waard om het hotel te veranderen voor 3 nachten."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The manager Carlos and restaurants manager mo mo were very aggressive in their approach to certain guests. The packed lunch was awful, you got shouted at at by staff if you moved tables took drinks outside used a coffee cup instead of tea cup. Had to rush all inclusive drinks as only available for 90 minutes. Bar never open. It was like a prison camp . Cannot believe the hostility from Carlos and mo mo. How they still have jobs is beyond me."
