"Please note the photos are real but no longer up to date. When you arrive you are surprised by the lack of cleanliness. This must be the atypical side but at this point. As soon as you arrive, two site toilets will welcome you. The welcome is not warm and you are looking for the person who should receive you. Not very organized, no parking provided to unpack your belongings, the places are designed for you to arrive and stay as you are. Do not plan to wash or prepare for bed, you have to sleep as you are. "Poor service attitude of staff, average hygiene! Booked two rooms, when I went to use the self-service room pickup machine, I could only get one room, the booking number of the other room was not recorded, so I couldn't get the room normally through the system! 😤 At the same time, the same thing happened to another traveler, who hotel employees failed to respond to and handle appropriately."

"Booked a lodge for a weekend for two. The accommodation was dated, the terrace was dirty with a wrought-iron table and chairs in very poor condition, and the refrigerator didn't work all weekend. The staff were friendly (reception and treetop adventure course equipment). It would be nice to have permanent toilets and showers built. Access to the lodge and tipis is treacherous; this should be mentioned in advance, as it must be impassable in the rain."

"Het hotel wordt gerenoveerd. Het hele trappenhuis is bedekt met tape en zeilen, waarvan sommige zelfs tot in de gangen reiken. Het hotel was absoluut niet druk. Desondanks kreeg ik een kamer toegewezen die slecht, of zelfs helemaal niet, geventileerd was en uitkeek op een binnenplaats. Op verzoek kreeg ik een grotere kamer met zelfs zeezicht. De verwarming werkte echter niet en de kamer was ijskoud. Na herhaaldelijk aandringen werd er uiteindelijk een elektrische kachel geplaatst. De medewerker was behulpzaam, maar pas nadat ik erom had gevraagd. Er werd niets gezegd over de lopende renovaties. Dit leek vanzelfsprekend te zijn. Ondanks de verder goede locatie is dit hotel nogal uniek – en dat is niet positief bedoeld. Erg teleurstellend en niet aan te raden."
