There are no words to explain how much we appreciated such special personalized service, amazing food and wine with beautiful surroundings- from the prompt pickup at the port to the moment we entered this most scenic and relaxing resort and were greeted by Francesca, the front desk manager and Maurizio the super hands on and wonderful general manager. We thought it couldn't get better until we met the restaurant manager, Luca, the chef, Simone, bar manager, Giuseppe. I could go on and on.... It was dauting to think how a once in a lifetime trip of 16 cousins from Palermo and the US would work out. We were commemorating the year of the loss of our beloved mother and grandmother in the US and their mother and grandmother in Sicily, but we were also celebrating life and love. Along with us was the recently married( two days before) bride and groom and also two cousins that are expecting this year. There was something for everyone to do and the staff worked as a team to make it enjoyable and easy. Of special note, is the large ocean view pool and the amazing ”kids” club that our littlest 5 year old cousin cried when she had to leave. The rooms were extra clean, comfortable and relaxing with sea view that were stunning. We truly couldn't ask for anything more as we all bonded, relaxed and renewed and we can't wait to go back. You have assembled an amazing team and your special touches are everywhere as you continuously move the resort forward on this most magical and wild island with crystal clear bright blue waters!

We spent 3 nights here with our tour group. We were in room 208. Room was okay. Carpet had stains. Room had a safe, coffee service (although no milk or cream), and a small bathroom. Bed was firm. Breakfast buffet was very good. One morning we had freshly made pomegranate juice. Cappuccinos were made to order. Scrambled eggs were made perfectly (not runny) and they had the best sausage links. Hotel is close to restaurants, shops, wine bars, etc. Since we were in a large bus, we did have to walk about 10 mins from the car park out by the water down a street to get to the hotel. Front desk staff very friendly.

We arrived at 14.00, at this time the check in desk is unattended, but the keys were waiting for us in an envelope at reception. The apar**ent was clean, quiet with a good shower and comfortable bed. the toiletries provided were lovely, really good quality. It is located in the old part of town, and you can arrange valet parking, but the public parking space is a 10 minute walk away and very good value at 20 cents an hour. The hotel is well situated for the old town and restaurants of Trapani, and the concierge / receptionist is really helpful with good suggestions of eating out and will book the restaurants for you. If I was visiting Trapani again I would stay at this hotel again.

We have just returned from the Seawater Hotel. It is a lovely hotel kept spotlessly clean and with really friendly staff. The rooms are a good size with air con and very large comfy beds. Breakfast is great a mix of fresh fruit, cheese, hams and bread and an array of pastries and local treats. In the evening there is a good restaurant that when the weather is good food is served by the stunning pool. There are a few options for each course. If you have the trio of cheese starter which is lovely you can share between 2 as its a big portion. Location wise its in a quiet area on the main road into town. We didnt have a car and I would recommend you have one but you can walk into town in about 30 mins. Be warned some of the pavements are quite slim or none existent but it wasn't too much trouble. You can book the hotels shuttle into town for €5 per person each way and they will also help organise trips for you. We didnt use the spa but the 3 pools are great and a real asset to the hotel. Our only slight problem was they don't do lunch at the hotel so we went to the local supermarket a 5 minute walk and got some things for the room. There is also a local cafe probably 10 mins in the other direction, Cafe Caramel which was great but a bit of a limited choice. The staff are so lovely and helpful it was a great holiday and would definately recommend it.

Feels like being in an Agatha Christie novel: the style and drama of the converted church with glass antrium are amazing. So is the hospitality. Great value for money. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Lovely staff.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.
