Gerenoveerd hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Ruime nette kamers met goede bedden maar zonder decoratie waardoor de kamers wat kil aandoen. Redelijk kleine badkamer, vooral de douche. Goedwerkende airco aanwezig wat wel een meerwaarde is. Mooi zwembad met goede ligstoelen. Ontbijt is heel basic, geen vers fruitsap, geen vers bruin brood, geen variatie in beleg, weinig vers fruit en geen verse groenten, geen omelet, geen spiegelei, geen verse yoghurt, alles uit potjes en zakje. Ook jammer dat we niet buiten konden eten; enkel in de patio of binnen terwijl er tafels rond het zwembad zijn. De ligging was voor ons het minst interessant; het hotel ligt een drietal km uit het centrum van Marsala op een baan waar niets te beleven valt, waardoor een auto of ander vervoermiddel een must is. Het is wel mogelijk om een fiets te huren via de receptie. Het personeel doet echt zijn uiterste best om te helpen. Er is ook een betalende shuttleservice, we betaalden 110 euro om naar de luchthaven van Palermo gebracht te worden.

In de badkamer was de douchezeep helemaal leeg. Zodra we het merkten, vroegen we het aan de receptie, maar ze hadden geen zeep om ons te geven, met als resultaat dat we pas kort voor het uitchecken konden douchen, toen het schoonmaakpersoneel naar ons werd gestuurd met wat er ontbrak . In de douche ligt een oud scheermesje, absurd.
Bij het ontbijt komt het personeel niet langs om hallo te zeggen en te vragen of ze iets warms mee kunnen nemen, het gebeurt op verzoek van de klant. Hij kon ook glimlachen en vriendelijker zijn. We zitten altijd in een 4-sterrenhotel.
Een meer attente service zou nodig zijn: de ontbijttafels buiten waren om half 11 (1 uur na het einde van het ontbijt) nog niet afgeruimd; bij het rondlopen van het zwembad om 20.30 uur stonden er nog flessen frisdrank en chips die gasten hadden laten liggen en die niemand had weggehaald.
De zwembaden zijn prachtig (2 met zoet water, 1 in de spa met zout water). Mogelijkheid tot schoonheidsbehandelingen in de spa (op reservering).

Beautiful hotel experience from check-in, to dining in for dinner, to check-out, very friendly, helpful staff who spoke wonderful English if needed. Dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and Giovanna was a fantastic waitress, kind and knowledgeable. Rooms were updated, super clean, with lifts easily accessible, fast-working and efficient. Waterfront views could be seen from both windows in our room, 4th floor. Will definitely come back one day and recommend to others.

We stayed one night here. The hotel is far from the old city.. one cannot walk to the old city so one has to take a shuttle provided by the hotel.. and it is at a cost. Ideally, it should be provided free. The restaurant has a very basic menu, with hardly any choice for vegan/ vegetarian guests. The rooms are neat and nice.

Fantastic holiday! Really lovely hotel! Friendly staff. Lovely pools. 100% will return. It’s a little far out to the town. So need to use taxi. But that was fine Thank you for all the memories we have made!

Hotel: Modern, refurbished, clean and comfortable hotel within 5 min drive from the centre of Marsala. Parking is available. You can have a quiet room (on the other side) – this is the most important to me. Staff: Attentive, professional staff. Particularly I would like to thank to Maria Laura, who has provided as with the room suited to our needs. Everyone in reception (also Antonino, Erica) are helpful and knowledgeable. Food: Breakfast is reasonably basic. The food at dinner is fantastic. Spa: We had a few treatments. I was surprised to have had a good strong massage (I am spoiled), so I do recommend it. However, do not take reflexology (feet - does not seem that the ladies know what it is.

Very very helpful staff members, the service was excellent, cleanliness was 10/10. It was my wife’s birthday and had not been able to arrange anything so requested hotel and they managed to bake a cake within a couple hours and served at midnight. I cannot thank them enough

We have just returned from the Seawater Hotel. It is a lovely hotel kept spotlessly clean and with really friendly staff. The rooms are a good size with air con and very large comfy beds. Breakfast is great a mix of fresh fruit, cheese, hams and bread and an array of pastries and local treats. In the evening there is a good restaurant that when the weather is good food is served by the stunning pool. There are a few options for each course. If you have the trio of cheese starter which is lovely you can share between 2 as its a big portion. Location wise its in a quiet area on the main road into town. We didnt have a car and I would recommend you have one but you can walk into town in about 30 mins. Be warned some of the pavements are quite slim or none existent but it wasn't too much trouble. You can book the hotels shuttle into town for €5 per person each way and they will also help organise trips for you. We didnt use the spa but the 3 pools are great and a real asset to the hotel. Our only slight problem was they don't do lunch at the hotel so we went to the local supermarket a 5 minute walk and got some things for the room. There is also a local cafe probably 10 mins in the other direction, Cafe Caramel which was great but a bit of a limited choice. The staff are so lovely and helpful it was a great holiday and would definately recommend it.
