"Locatie is vlakbij het heiligdom. Omgeven door souvenirwinkels en sommige restaurants. Het is een 15 minuten lopen van het busstation. Hotelpersoneel was ingericht. Ontbijtbuffet was goed. De enige neerwaartse kant was dat ik de tafels en stoelen over de vloer kon horen trekken van de tijd dat ik incheckte tot de avond. Dat had kunnen zijn omdat ik op niveau 1 net boven het restaurant bleef. Afgezien daarvan was alles perfect."

"Gezellige locatie met een korte loopafstand tot de busstation en de nabijgelegen attracties. Shops, restaurants en attracties zijn allemaal op loopafstand. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel, met voldoende handdoeken, handdoeken en vesten. Het bed was comfortabel en de douche had een goede waterdruk met warm water beschikbaar. Het ontbijt biedt een grote verscheidenheid aan eten en dranken, waaronder koffie, brood, fruit, eieren en lokale gerechten. Het diner personeel heeft uitstekende diensten geboden. Het hotel is simpel en basisvriendelijk, maar biedt alles wat nodig is voor een comfortabel verblijf. Goed voor geld, en ik zou hier graag weer blijven."

In the hotel there is a restaurant (I attach the receipt) where the food is good, perhaps a little expensive. We took a well cooked fried bacalhau, portion for two people."

"I always enjoy my time at Hotel Santa Isabel, and I will share some of the many reasons: ~ the hotel is so close to the Sanctuary... a short 5-minute walk ~ from many rooms, there is a beautiful view of the Basilica lit up to late at night ~ the staff are kind and helpful... every special request is remembered. ~ the rooms are very clean and each has a refrigerator (the suites have kitchenettes) ~ the air conditioning, heating and WIFI all work very well... never any problems. ~ check in is easy and there is someone at Reception from 7 am to 11 pm ~ the hotel is a short walk from the bus station ~ there is a paid parking lot very near the hotel ~ and, finally, the ambience - the hotel has a calm, relaxed feeling, probably because it is not a huge hotel. It is small, very comfortable and very welcoming. Thank you to Andreia, Pedro and Julia for all their kind help every time I have stayed at Hotel Santa Isabel!"

"The hotel was recently renovated, the rooms are very comfortable, including the beds and shower. Free and plentiful parking, however it is not covered. The training rooms are very good, comfortable and air-conditioned. It has a beautiful chapel. Breakfast has good variety and quality. Very polite and helpful staff. I will certainly recommend it to friends and family!"
