"We hebben gebleven in het nieuw gebouwde hotel, mooi met zeer schone en mooie kamers. Er is een binnenzwembad met sauna en een groot buitenzwembad met volwassenen en kinderen sectie. Nice restaurant met bar. Hier kunt u genieten van goede Albanese en Europese voedsel van vele keuzes. Het uitzicht van het restaurant is absoluut spectaculair over de hele stad Elbasan. Het hotel is een zeer goed hotel in Elbasan."

"On our return from Albania's south eastern trip we stopped to this trendy looking hotel/bar restaurant on Elbasan's outskirts. We sat down around 13.00 and ordered a couple of Angus Burgers and a couple of drinks. The meal took a while to come about 30 mins, which was not brilliant as the restaurant wasn't busy but we were not in a hurry and didn't mind. The disappointed happened when we looked at the "burger"! It was not a burger. There were 3 little pieces ( I really mean little- they could fit in a normal spoon ) so called Angus been. We called the waiter over and asked if this was a misunderstanding as we ordered two burgers but these were not burgers as we know it. The waiter said that these were what we ordered. We asked for the manager to come, and he did. The manager said the same thing. The Angus Burger was served with the ingredients as listed but not like a traditional burger. The manager did not understand the point we were making that we ordered burgers but we were not served what we were expecting. Finally, the chef came over, stating the same. But then the chef offered to make us the traditional burger and we agreed. The Angus burger was taken away. After an other half hour we got served the traditional burger. We eat our meal and asked for the bill. The bill did not reflect what we were served but we just paid what was on the bill and left. This review only points the restaurant service as we did not stay at the hotel but we were disappointed to say the least."
