"We came to this hotel that was included in a deal.It belongs to a chain of hotels in Israel. A surprise experience We did not know that in this hotel, dogs can be included in the rooms.After changing two rooms because of lowd barking of dogs near the rooms, We got a beautiful room after a good service of the lady in the reception.The rooms are big.coffe machine in the room.Bathroom big.The highlight is the kitchen led by the smiling chef Charlie Haim.food is amazing the diversity of plates.The food is served with smille. The buffet in the morning is a masterpiece. There is also a little pool in the hotel.recommend this hotel . The price .is very fair "

"Het hotel is mooi gelegen. Veel gezinnen en kleine kinderen. Het beste deel over dit hotel is het personeel. Max, op het front desk, was zo hulpig met verschillende dingen. Hij ging zijn weg om te helpen met de dingen die we nodig hadden. Ik was al bij de busstation, en iemand van het hotel bracht het naar mij toe voor ik vertrok."

"Ik heb hier jaren geleden gebleven en het vond leuker dan de verblijfsduur die ik daar had. De kamers zijn comfortabel genoeg en redelijk goed gedaan. Gisteravond was er echter geluid van een lawaai disco evenement tot goed na middernacht - het personeel nam zelfs niet op als ik belde. De half tafel buffet diners zijn van hoge kwaliteit (Ik had het een avond) en een grote verscheidenheid aan vers eten. Het zwembad en het strand zijn echter echt afgelopen en vaak vuil. Het hele land heeft het gevoel van een "vakantiekamper" - dat misschien wel geschikt is voor sommige mensen - maar voor de gekste prijzen ($600 per nacht of meer) lijkt het erg uit synchronisatie. Ik ging naar Eilat voor een beetje winter zon, maar ik ga niet terug."

"We were looking for a cheap hotel where we could sleep for one night and we chose this hotel mainly because of the cheap price but also because it is part of the Brown hotel chain. The only thing that was positive - the beds are very comfortable. Everything else was bad - the cleanliness was not good, we asked for 2 single beds and got one, there was only one towel for the shower, the attitude of the receptionist was disgraceful (he really yelled at us when we asked to check what about an extra bed), the breakfast is reasonable (if you ignore the cockroach that was walking to him there for his pleasure). This is my second time at this hotel and it was the move to the Brown hotel chain that lowered the level. Not recommended "

"I left from July 28 to August 1, 2024 in this hotel with my wife and my 4 children (15/13/10/4) Knowing the Fattal hotels and their level of quality, it was by consulting the reviews that I let myself be tempted by this hotel which seemed to keep all its promises on paper the positive points: the hotel is in my opinion well located because it is 5/10 min walk from the ice mall and 10/15 min walk from the tayellette with all its shops, so no need to take your car in the evening to go out As soon as you arrive the hotel has free parking for customers which makes it easier to arrive at the hotel The hotel is generally clean unlike other Fattal hotels in Israel with staff all day cleaning In terms of catering, this is pretty much the same thing everywhere in all-inclusive hotels except that I noticed an effort in the presentation of certain dishes in the evening as at lunchtime which was nice for a hotel or in general we only have the right to self-service Overall the meals were good with choice In terms of entertainment at the hotel in the evening there were always theme evenings which are only suitable for children under 12 years old sincerely The rooms are in good condition with everything necessary A very pretty synagogue with office every day without any problem from miniane the negative points This hotel has the particularity of having slides for children to have fun, so you have to explain to me why from 4:45 p.m. they close access to the slides ?????? especially since the swimming pool closes at 6 p.m.! and if you have young children it is impossible for you to take your child with you on the slide, this is refused so my 4 year old son was not able to go on the slide during the whole stay Regarding the entertainment in the afternoon around the pool the entertainment team offers about 45 minutes of entertainment with the children but nothing exceptional to entertain everyone, no inflatable structure on the water nothing of that so quite monotonous for my taste As is often the case in hotels in Israel there is always a group of Israelis who decide to disturb everyone (and I am still being polite in my remarks) and come with a speaker and bore us all day with their music at full volume!!!! Despite my complaints to a lifeguard nothing was done! Oh yes I forgot one morning at 8am the hotel managers let the workers cut the grass next to our rooms and being woken up by the noise of a lawnmower early in the morning is really unacceptable! Fortunately after several complaints from other customers they stopped but why don't the people who authorize this think for 2 minutes in their heads to say to themselves hey maybe it will wake up the customers to do this so early???? A big negative point in my opinion is access to the gym (SEE PHOTOS) To access the gym"

"Everything was good. Good bed and kitchen,we were family of 5 and we had everything we need .Of course we brought from home what we did not expect that will be in this flat like shampoo ,soap,oil for cooking,salt,fan. There were a fairy and new sponge for washing dishes. We liked everything and I recommend this apartment to everyone ."

"Van de twee schotkamers werkte men niet in de tweede WiFi. Ontbijt heeft niets te maken met de foto's op de site (fruit is helemaal niet, cruises en ruikt niet, tonijn is goedkoop en niet heerlijk). Er is geen zwembad in het hotel dat ondenkbaar is voor de resort stad. Jaag niet voor de prijs! Comfort is belangrijk."

"We arrived on Saturday at the Herods Boutique Hotel in Eilat, planning to spend the Shavuot holiday there and celebrate a family birthday. We hoped to begin the holiday in a calm, pleasant atmosphere – but instead, we were met with a frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately unnecessary experience. We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, knowing that check-in would be completed by 6:00 PM. In reality, we stood, waited, asked questions, and only received our room at 9:00 PM. The explanation we were given? The previous guests simply didn’t vacate the room – as if that’s our problem, and not the hotel’s responsibility. And what did we do during those five hours? We wandered the streets with a baby just a few months old who couldn’t fall asleep – tired, restless, and above all, sleep-deprived. Our daughter had to sleep with her grandparents, and they – elderly people who came to enjoy themselves – found themselves spending the night in a tense, cramped, and unpleasant situation. As for us, we just felt lost. And when we finally got the room? We discovered it was unclean – leftovers of rice, sunflower seed shells, cigarette butts on the balcony. Instead of a moment of relief – it was just another slap in the face. The staff was polite, but in practice, we received no real help, no solution, and no compensation. It felt like we were just left to deal with it on our own – on a night that was supposed to be the festive start to a special vacation. We arrived in good spirits, ready to celebrate – and left deeply disappointed. This is not how one expects to begin a vacation at a hotel that’s considered luxurious. What a shame. Truly a shame."
