"I left from July 28 to August 1, 2024 in this hotel with my wife and my 4 children (15/13/10/4) Knowing the Fattal hotels and their level of quality, it was by consulting the reviews that I let myself be tempted by this hotel which seemed to keep all its promises on paper the positive points: the hotel is in my opinion well located because it is 5/10 min walk from the ice mall and 10/15 min walk from the tayellette with all its shops, so no need to take your car in the evening to go out As soon as you arrive the hotel has free parking for customers which makes it easier to arrive at the hotel The hotel is generally clean unlike other Fattal hotels in Israel with staff all day cleaning In terms of catering, this is pretty much the same thing everywhere in all-inclusive hotels except that I noticed an effort in the presentation of certain dishes in the evening as at lunchtime which was nice for a hotel or in general we only have the right to self-service Overall the meals were good with choice In terms of entertainment at the hotel in the evening there were always theme evenings which are only suitable for children under 12 years old sincerely The rooms are in good condition with everything necessary A very pretty synagogue with office every day without any problem from miniane the negative points This hotel has the particularity of having slides for children to have fun, so you have to explain to me why from 4:45 p.m. they close access to the slides ?????? especially since the swimming pool closes at 6 p.m.! and if you have young children it is impossible for you to take your child with you on the slide, this is refused so my 4 year old son was not able to go on the slide during the whole stay Regarding the entertainment in the afternoon around the pool the entertainment team offers about 45 minutes of entertainment with the children but nothing exceptional to entertain everyone, no inflatable structure on the water nothing of that so quite monotonous for my taste As is often the case in hotels in Israel there is always a group of Israelis who decide to disturb everyone (and I am still being polite in my remarks) and come with a speaker and bore us all day with their music at full volume!!!! Despite my complaints to a lifeguard nothing was done! Oh yes I forgot one morning at 8am the hotel managers let the workers cut the grass next to our rooms and being woken up by the noise of a lawnmower early in the morning is really unacceptable! Fortunately after several complaints from other customers they stopped but why don't the people who authorize this think for 2 minutes in their heads to say to themselves hey maybe it will wake up the customers to do this so early???? A big negative point in my opinion is access to the gym (SEE PHOTOS) To access the gym"

"Ik heb hier twee nachten gebleven en heb zeer aangenaam geheugen van mijn verblijf. Ik heb veel liever kleinere hotels en de grootte van de Vista past me goed. Mijn kamer was klein, maar schoon en aangenaam, met uitzicht op de geruggen Jordanië heuvels. Eten was uitstekend met een uitstekende verscheidenheid aan voedsel. Het personeel was niet precies uitputtend, maar altijd handig - geen ongewone ervaring in Israël. Voor mij was de enige neerwaartse niet wifi in de kamer. Ik moest mijn laptop naar het huis nemen om toegang te krijgen tot het internet. Ik heb veel van de zeer conflicterende reviews van de Vista op deze site gelezen en ik ben eerlijk gezegd gedwongen door de intensiteit van een aantal van de negatieve reviews. Zij zijn in het geheel in tegenstelling tot mijn ervaring, met name wat betreft het eten, dat voor mij een bijzondere plaats was; ik heb geen bijzonder geluid ervaren (Misschien was ik gelukkig) en mijn kamer was schoon. Ik zou zeker hier weer blijven op basis van mijn laatste verblijf. Zoals anderen hebben gezegd, het hotel is goed gelegen, dicht bij veel van de grote keten hotel monsters die overvloedig in Eilat. Het is een zeer aangename 7 minuten lopen of zo naar het strand. De taxi reis van de luchthaven duurde ongeveer 5 minuten. De wandeling naar de luchthaven is ongeveer 20-25 minuten."

"Pros: leuk 1 meter diep zwembad voor kinderen naast het baby zwembad. mooi uitzicht en locatie. mooi hotel. Ze hebben de lobbybank gerenoveerd. goede voedsel. cons: de kinderspeelkamer is niet geweldig. het sluit ook om 6 uur. en de zwembad om 5 uur. dus ik begrijp niet waarom ze niet begrijpen dat de kinderkamer het meest nuttig zou zijn na het dichten van de zwembad. en niet dat ze openen Ik vond ook de superlawaaiende live shows niet leuk in de lobby elke avond, wat in feite betekende dat je niet daar kan zitten of bij het lobby restaurant Coz het doet je oren pijn en je moet schreeuwen aan de persoon naast je. Ik heb dit fenomeen ook in andere Israëlische hotels gehad en ik krijg het niet. Er was kinderactiviteit in de avond in een van de hallen, maar weer een jongen had een klein kind en het was zo luid dat je er niet kon mee te maken, hoewel er maar een paar kinderen waren en hij was vlak naast hen."

"Overall a great experience The breakfasts were varied and delicious and Friday night was excellent. One of us was vegan and there was plenty of options. The kids club was great. I took 4 four rooms for four nights for our family holiday The family rooms were large and the regular rooms were fine. However I have 2 comments One of the family rooms only had a pull out bed in the second bedroom and not a proper double bed. It was fine for us as 2 small kids slept on it but any older kids may find it uncomfortable. In addition one night the music from the neighboring hotel was so loud it was impossible to sleep until past one in the morning. All the people on my floor and above complained to reception and the police but it didn’t help."
