"We needed somewhere to stay on our journey north, and the hotel was very conveniently situated near the M1. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and we spent a very comfortable night. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the room and bathroom very comfortabñe and well equipped. The parking area is ample and there is an EV charging point. We had a good breakfast in the morning before setting off again."

"Got given a room. Was dirty with dirty used towels. Bugs in the bath and pillow cases on the floor. Moved rooms and was equally as disgusting. Stained carpets yellow towels"

"Wow, what a place! and the service from Oliver Harper and his team was amazing. Beautiful one bed apartment on the first floor with all I could have needed and more plus parking was available too. Using the mod cons in the apartment was very easy to use and for anything I needed, Oliver was at hand 24/7. Very clean and the value was unbelievable, it felt like I was in a city centre apartment. Fantastic apartment, location, team and a place and company I would highly recommend whether you stay for business or holiday."

"We were made extremely welcome by the reception team, special shout out to Kirsty and Nicole who were just the best and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was great and had a really good range considering this is an IHG budget hotel. We'd stay here again as a driveable alternative to staying in London and also to explore the area to visit Whipsnade Zoo. It was nice to be made to feel so welcome!"
