"De hygiëne moet beter. Mijn vriendin vond twee schattige lijkjes onder haar kussen. Ze belde de receptie om het te verschonen, maar ze voelde zich nog steeds ongemakkelijk. Er was geen enkele houding bij het verschonen van het kussen en het uitchecken... Dus ik hoop dat de hygiëne verbeterd kan worden... Ik raad het af."

"After a long day running around on set, all I wanted was to crash. The hotel's mattress, hand-picked by the owner, was perfect – not too soft, not too firm, just what I needed for my aching back. There were two pillows, one high and one low, so you could pick your preference. The shower had great water pressure; after a day of shooting photos, a quick rinse brought me right back to life. In the evenings, if I didn't feel like going out, I'd just veg out in bed and binge-watch shows – yes, binge-watching shows in Hengdian, that's the irony! If you've got energy to spare, there are shared e-bikes right outside the hotel, and you can zip to the night market in 5 minutes. Comfy bed, cool AC – that's all I needed. Big thanks to Z at the front desk for the warm service!"

"The tents are unique, very warm, and even have air conditioning. The soundproofing is also decent, and the valley is quite quiet. There are plenty of outdoor playground facilities for children, a children's castle inside the hot spring valley, and kiln-baked bread and coffee. Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded."

"I'd say my experience was just alright. For example, I requested conditioner, and the first person I spoke to on the phone said they would bring it. However, a short while later, I was told they didn't have any. There was no follow-up or alternative offered, and nothing was done about it during my two-day stay. Additionally, my room was on the very top floor, and the window view was completely obstructed by a large sign right outside. This wasn't communicated during check-in, which was quite annoying. On the positive side, the service was generally acceptable. I ordered a lot of takeout in the evenings, and the staff were very patient and helpful in bringing it to my room."

"The hotel's hot springs are only open in the afternoon, making it very inconvenient to stay at the hotel just to enjoy them. The staff were very friendly, but due to outdated information, they gave us incorrect information about the opening hours of Hengdian World Studios, leading to an inefficient itinerary. The hot spring hotel facilities are rather old, the rooms are small, and there is a shortage of staff. Shuttle service is extremely slow during holidays, so traveling during off-peak seasons is highly recommended. Otherwise, the extra cost doesn't justify the service."

"Staying at Radisson with kids was such a warm and thoughtful experience! The front desk proactively offered a children's toiletries set and a small toy, and thoughtfully upgraded us to a high-floor room with a view. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathtub had plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was equipped with disposable toilet seat covers, which gave us extra peace of mind when traveling with a child. The breakfast area even had a dedicated section for kids, with cartoon-shaped buns, yogurt, and fruit galore. A kind restaurant attendant also offered to warm up milk for my child. The hotel also features a kids' play area, giving children a place to have fun during downtime. All the staff members greeted the little ones warmly, providing meticulous care throughout our stay. The environment was quiet and safe, making it an excellent choice for family travel. I highly recommend it to families with children."

The chickens in the native chicken pot are raised by the park itself, and the snails are also caught in the lake. It is really good! There are many varieties of breakfast, and the noodles are cooked on the spot, which are chewy and tasty [strong][strong][strong]"
