Dingxi Madison Hotel (Wanda Plaza) ★★★★

"The front desk service was excellent, exceeding expectations. Hot tea was provided. The soundproofing was very quiet. I'm usually a light sleeper, but I couldn't hear any noise from the corridor or next door here. The location was excellent: very close to the high-speed rail station and very convenient. The takeaway food I ordered was delivered directly without any human contact. It was safe, hygienic, and very cute."

"The hot water takes a long time to come out. The facilities are not in line with the price. The hygiene is also poor. The TV didn't work when I checked in that day. I called the waiter once. The hot water didn't work and I called again. It was basically 1 o'clock in the evening, and the main problem was still not solved. I don't recommend choosing this hotel. There are many newly opened hotels that are much better than this one, and the facilities are much better than this one."
