"Phil was a great host. He offered and helped me change the place for the 4WD tour company to pick me up to On the Deck@Shark Bay instead of discovery center which I had booked, so I didn’t need to drive to discovery center in the morning and leave the car there for more than 8 hours. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. And I did enjoy amazing views from the deck"

"I stayed here for four days to have a break from travelling. The ocean view room was clean and very comfortable. Had all amenities a self contained unit needs. Ocean out the front pool out back laundry. A daily view of emus walking past as you sit out the front. Room had double and single bed I found the owner to be very polite and helpful in extending my stay"

"Went for a few afternoon beers with family. Bar staff went out of their way to serve locals first. Kids came to the bar to change their drink orders while I was still waiting and another staff ordered them out. Then continued to serve locals first. Keep your travelling dollars to yourself. We did."

"De kamer is groot, de slaapkamer is zeer comfortabel, er is een magnetron, er is een balkon, maar de kamer is als een lab, het zoeken van de deurnummers, het parkeerapparaat is handig. De tweede verdieping van de receptie is een restaurant. Als u niet wilt naar buiten gaan, is het eetgemakkelijk. De nadelen zijn het badwater is zeer klein, er is geen lift, u moet uw eigen doos schotels en morgenvroeg wolken weerstaan. De mond van de mond is heel luid."

"Everything about On The Deck @ Sharks Bay was excellent. Our accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. It came with a superlative outside under cover totally equipped kitchen and eating area featuring dishwasher, BBQ, fridge etc. To describe Phil and Kerrie as the perfect hosts is no exaggeration. We were invited to join them for sunset drinks while also enjoying the antics of the kangaroos and emus who descended for their dusk dining experience. A highlight for us was a day's off roading through the national park in Phil's Wrangler Jeep. So cool! A highly recommended adventure."

"Stayed in the three bedroom poolside apartment with family. Apartment was everything we needed... beds were comfortable, fully self contained kitchen was spotlessly clean with brand new appliances. Aircon kept unit at a great temp when it was 40° outside. Best location and apartment complex had wonderful outdoor areas including BBQ spaces and a communal pizza oven. Owners were great to deal with and very accommodating. Awesome value for money. Will definitely be back."

"Je krijgt waar je voor betaalt. De kamer is benauwd en klein, zonder ramen, geen plek om spullen neer te leggen, geen service en er vliegen veel vliegen rond. Op de dag van inchecken schreven ze zelfs onze creditcardgegevens en de beveiligingscode van de betaling handmatig op. Het is te onveilig. Ik raad het absoluut niet aan."
