"I'm not sure if this hotel is about to close or if it's just an extremely low season, but it felt really deserted. The room facilities were pretty standard. The AC wasn't cooling at all, even when set to 19 degrees. The floor in the room was dusty, so I had to use my own sandals (no room slippers provided). One of the towels was incredibly hard and rough, the toilet flush suddenly stopped working and I had to fix it myself, and the sink tap was dripping a bit, though it wasn't too bothersome. Maybe it's not well-maintained because of the low season? The TV worked fine. There was complimentary tea, coffee, and a hot water kettle. I booked for 4 nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't made up. Was my expectation too high for 250,000 IDR per night?"
