"Mantra on the Esplanade worked well for us for the three nights we stayed. Close to the main shops and eateries so plenty of choice there, with a free bus to the large out of town shopping centre too. The room was clean and tidy though a little dated. We were at the back of the hotel which meant the music and noise from the pubs and clubs nearby could be heard til quite late though it didn’t keep us awake."

"It's not sparkling clean, but acceptable. There's a large shopping center nearby, which is convenient, but the $10 daily parking fee is a bit of a drawback. While there's free street parking, paying for parking is better considering safety concerns. The room was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. A fire alarm went off during our stay, which turned out to be a false alarm, but it was quite startling."

"Ik heb onlangs 5 nachten in totaal in de Leea gebleven voordat ik een tour naar Kakadu volgde. Ik moest zeggen dat ik verwachtte meer dus was teleurgesteld in dit vermeende 4-sterrenhotel. Het belangrijkste was het hotelgebied buiten, waaronder het zwembadgebied werd gerenoveerd, dus was niet beschikbaar. Ik maakte mijn reservering aanvankelijk in november vorig jaar en werd op geen enkele plaats aangeraden dat het zwembad niet beschikbaar zou zijn. Als ik het wist, had ik een ander hotel gekozen... omdat het het topseizoen en schoolvakanties was geweest, zou het moeilijk zijn om eens naar een ander hotel te verhuizen. De gratis overdracht naar het zwembad aan de waterfront was niet voldoende vergoeding, aangezien er 10 minuten lopen waren en er geen prijsverlaging werd aangeboden. De kamer was comfortabel en het personeel was goed en de locatie was goed in tegenover Woolworths, maar dit waren de enige goede dingen. De wasserij was vuil en duur. Ik had 1 maaltijd in het restaurant. De dienst was zeer langzaam en het eten was vrij duur en niet erg aardig. Ik zou niet hier blijven. Ik heb een e-mail gestuurd waarin mijn zorgen uiteengezet en heb een auto antwoord dat ze ontvangen en zou antwoorden, maar tot nu toe niets. Ik ben op 13 juli weg. Het is een week geweest."

"Booked this apartment fora family trip for the Xmas period. Check in was streamline and straightforward. Apartment was clean & roomy. One the second day we noticed aircon in main bedroom and one of the other bedrooms weren’t working and apartment was becoming stuffy as a result. We reported to reception however as it was Xmas eve we knew it was unlikely to be resolved until after the public holidays however we were able to use an adjacent apartment and eventually we were requested to move to the adjacent apartment. It was a slight inconvenience but we moved as we needed working air cons. The air cons in new apt were noisy and external fan on balcony did not work ( & was fixed a couple of days later). Clearly they need to do maintenance checks more often as air cons & fans not working in the tropics isn’t ideal. Reception staff were friendly & attentive."

"The apartment is well appointed with views from every room and included a bbq on the balcony. Very clean and fresh. The staff are fantastic and welcoming. Couldn’t thank them enough when my elderly father wasn’t feeling well enough at check out time, the staff went above and beyond in ensuring we were looked after until our flight."
