"We verbleven er twee dagen en het personeel was erg behulpzaam en gaf geduldig informatie over bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. De kamers waren nieuw en zeer schoon. In de winkel konden we zelf armbandjes van kralen maken en fotolijstjes met plantenmotieven kopen, wat we erg leuk vonden. Al met al hebben we een zeer comfortabel verblijf van twee dagen gehad en we zouden hier zeker weer verblijven als we de kans krijgen om het Tibetaanse dorp Jiaju te bezoeken."

Het is een guesthouse waar je het leven en de cultuur van de Jangjok-bevolking kunt zien, en dankzij het vriendelijke en opgewekte personeel maak ik goede herinneringen. "The moment I stepped into this hotel, I was surrounded by a depressing atmosphere. The lighting in the room was suffocatingly dim, as if every ray of light was swallowed up by the heavy curtains, leaving only a faint halo struggling on the wall. I tried to adjust the brightness of the lights, but found that no matter how I adjusted them, I couldn't dispel the depressing dimness. The reception at the front desk was even more disheartening. Their attitude was cold and distant, as if our arrival was just an insignificant procedure in their daily work. When we asked about the room reservation, the front desk staff told us expressionlessly that it was no longer possible to book a room on site and that reservations could only be made online. However, when we followed their instructions online, we found that this was not the case. After arriving at the hotel, we were told by the front desk that there was only one room left, but we could still make a reservation online. This conflicting message leaves us confused and dissatisfied. During the long wait, time seemed to be stretched, and every minute seemed like a century. After more than 40 minutes of agony, we finally booked a twin room. However, this did not make us feel any better. The TV in the room was old and the picture quality was blurry, as if it was an antique left over from the last century. Even more disappointing was that when we tried to use the TV’s screen mirroring feature, the TV simply crashed, the screen went black, and wouldn’t boot up again. We came to this hotel expecting to have a relaxing time, especially to watch TV in the comfort of our room, but the reality hit us hard. The dim light in the room not only affected our mood, but also almost caused an accident. While groping for the switch, I nearly slipped because I couldn’t see the ground clearly. This safety hazard made me feel uneasy and infuriating. The whole stay was full of disappointment and dissatisfaction. We expected a warm and comfortable accommodation environment, but got a terrible experience."

The room had clumps of black hair on the floor, the glass to drink water had stains on it and the corridors felt dirty. The parking was fine but the breakfast was beyond disappointing. We went at 0710 and there was literally nothing apart from steamed buns. The water was empty the milk was empty, there was nothing else available. For 1 night it's fine."

There's also a special bonfire party in the evening; the colorful floor against the bonfire makes for incredibly photogenic shots. Every snapshot against the blue mountain sky is a masterpiece. It's quiet and peaceful, a complete escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Rooms: Exquisitely designed and thoughtfully furnished. The guest rooms feature a blend of modern Chinese and ******* styles. The living room is spacious and airy, with ample room for relaxation and entertaining. The mini-bar is exceptionally well-equipped, offering complimentary bottled water, fresh fruit, handmade cookies, and local snacks. The teaware and kettle are of high quality, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail. The room was spotlessly clean. Dining Standards: Exceeded Expectations The breakfast selection was rich and balanced, featuring rice noodles, fried eggs, seasonal vegetables, pastries, and fresh fruit—all with a flavorful and aromatic broth. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for large banquets, with exquisite plating and fresh ingredients, ideal for gatherings with friends and family. The local flavors were authentic, and the food was delicious! Service: Warm and Attentive The staff were warm and friendly, responding quickly to any needs and offering helpful suggestions for nearby attractions. The overall privacy was excellent, making it perfect for couples or group outings. If you're looking to immerse yourself in the slow-paced ******* lifestyle in Danba, this is the place to go! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the mountains. Zanba Jiayuan is fantastic!"

The daytime views of the snow-capped mountains were already captivating enough. But once night fell completely, oh my, the sky exploded with stars! They were so numerous and dazzlingly bright, it felt like the entire Milky Way had been poured upside down right over my head! It left me utterly speechless; so incredibly breathtaking, simply beyond words! The scenery is absolutely flawless, truly worth every penny! This heavenly place, I absolutely have to come back again! What an absolute treasure!"
