I was very excited about my stay here, as I heard many wonderful things, especially from this site, but my experience was very different. If you want to find a delightful inn to stay at for your short trip to Woodbridge, STAY AT ANY OTHER ONE EXCEPT THIS ONE!!! The second that I walked into my room, a strange stench enveloped me. That part didn't really bother me, but the black mold in the bathroom did. I believe it was on the shower curtains and the ceiling of the bathroom. Then there were several interesting stains on the different pieces of furniture in the room. I will not say what it was, but if you have been to a low-rated motel or hotel, you know exactly the kind of stain that I am talking about. There were several on the couch, on the table, and the floor. The room was clearly overlooked when cleaning, and I would not be surprised if the maid didn't even change the sheets. There was even a dirty tea bag in the tea dispenser. Otherwise, the room was somewhat clean. There were different hairs on the towels and on the bed, but after what had been previously experienced, that seemed the least of our problems. Then there was the issue with the breakfast. If you want a nice, hot, breakfast buffet, go to the Hampton Inn. Granola bars, yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches were the only options given. They literally say on their listing that they have a hot breakfast featuring foods like”eggs, waffles and meat to healthy options like yogurt and fresh fruit.” What a straight up lie! The only true thing that they wrote here was the yogurt, and even so, I think it was expired. To all of the travelers that are excited for their trip to Woodbridge: spend that extra 20 - 30 dollars for a stay at the Hampton in, because not only will you have a clean room, but an actual breakfast that will not require you to travel a few miles to be able to eat.

We recently did a trip across several states, and this is one of the hotels we stayed for the night. Overall it was a good stay: friendly staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, good location. The breakfast was also great, it had everything we needed and more than we expected for a complimentary breakfast. There were some items they ran out of quickly, and the water dispenser wasn't working properly, but it was not a big issue for us. My only major complaint was the noise in the rooms. We had a connecting room and at night we could hear everything happening on the other side. If it wasn't because we were really tired from the drive and fell quickly asleep, I don't know if we would be able to sleep at all.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. I travel close to 300 nights a year and this was by far the best hotel I’ve been too. From the staff, housekeeping, hotel amenities and breakfast it was truly fantastic. I stayed at this hotel from January 31- April 22 and will only stay there if I need to go back to the DC metro area. It is very close to the metro going into the city. There is always Lyfts and Ubers around. Loads of restaurants just down the road. The billing was flawless, I never once had a issue. Every time I had a issue it was quickly resolved. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

We stayed here one night. The outside a d common areas were extremely dated. I was worried about the room but plesently surprised that the room was updated, new beds too! All was fine until about 2am when I woke to a consistent knocking noise. Wasn’t sure what it was, maybe the heater, maybe the room next door? Drifted in and out if sleep and when my alarm went off, still the knocking. Realized it was the mini fridge. Upon leaving I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk. Her response was “Why didn’t you unplug it?” No apology until she realized how rude she was and even then it was a half hearted apology. I wasn’t looking for a free room, etc, just a sincere apology and a promise that the issue would be addressed. Clearly she needs to learn how to empathize with the hotel guests.

This hotel was very good! My boyfriend and I had a pleasant stay. Staff was nice. Room was clean. The included breakfast was a plus! (Make your own waffles!! Awesome!) The outlets were great and everything u can want is like less than a mile away from each other. Food, bowling, etc. We had a great weekend and will stay here again if we come back to Woodbridge, VA!

I was there with my wife, my brother was there with his wife, we were both extremely impressed by the young man at the front desk Caesar. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I plan to stay at that hotel next time we are there just because of the customer service he provided
