I’ve come here at least twice a year for the last 15 years and this was the first time that I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, we was located on the third floor and there was a family there that allowed they kids to jump up and down all night long and scream to the TOP OF THEY LUNGS until I had to call the front dest to ask the hotel clerk to ask the parents to quiet they kids down , this was around 12:30 midnight, mind you, me and husband came to sleep and relax , we didn’t enjoy this stay AT ALL, AND we have to think if we ever will return.

Overall, I enjoyed the weeklong stay at the hotel. Staff was helpful as a one of them helped me load my heavy suitcase into my car. However, the pool was cold and I never got to swim.

The climate control is one where it depends on sensors to determine is someone is in the room. The problem is when it doesn’t detect any movement, it turns COMPLETELY OFF (say…when you’re sleeping). SO, it turn off when you're sleeping and the room temp goes to 76 degrees. I got maybe 2 hours of continuous sleep because it was so hot and I had to get up and trip the sensor to get AC back on. Also, the room was clearly smoked in. You can smell it upon first entry of the room.

Nice stay for a quick shopping trip but it needs a few upgrades and smelled like smoke from guess smoking near back door.

Overall, a really great travel option for us as we are up in DC a lot. We have a large van so we cannot stay anywhere in which the parking is in a garage. This hotel is very convenient and is a fantastic location for both dining and shopping. It was very clean but did have a few minor things that are in need of repair. Nothing at all major; just routine maintenance. We will likely stay here again!

Hotel itself was nice in appearance, king rooms spacious BUT front desk staff unfriendly and not helpful. Manager would not speak with me about concerns, which is unfortunate because we could have easily came to a solution.
Hotel is very noisy and paper thin walls unfortunately. Breakfast was decent with some cold items, eggs and sausage.

The staff was very friendly. USB outlets did not work in the room. Coffee was old. Parking was convenient. The location is close to Potomac Mills Mall.

My husband and I was traveling to see my mom for the weekend. My husband and I had a room and we notice a few things one NO HEAT, I told the front desk and nothing was done.

Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Large, well-appointed suite. Indoor swimming pool was a big plus. Good hot breakfast
