"Dit was een absoluut FANTASTIC verblijf ervaring en ik adviseer het aan alle reizigers naar Cusco. Het huis is gemakkelijk gelegen in het historische centrum van Cusco en u kunt gemakkelijk toegang tot restaurants, cafes, belangrijkste attracties binnen enkele minuten lopen. De Wanchaq treinstation is op de belangrijkste straat van Cusco meestal een 20-minute wandelen, waardoor het zeer veilig en gemakkelijk te allen tijde van de dag. Neem een Uber, het is ongeveer 20 tot 30-minute rijden naar de Cusco luchthaven, kosten minder dan PEN 20. De belangrijkste poorten zijn nachts gesloten voor veiligheid, hoewel alle personeelsleden ervoor zullen zorgen dat de voorkantservaring 24 uur beschikbaar is voor iedereen die de ruimte moet verlaten of binnenkomen. Communicatie wordt gemakkelijk onderhouden via WhatsApp en zeer gemakkelijk gemaakt. De dienst is allemaal top-knoop: huisgemaakt ontbijt elke ochtend, huishoudelijk op tijd, 24-hour dienst voor laat- en vroegtijdige vertrek, en antwoorden op vragen voor reizigers - de gasten zijn absoluut warm en welkom in elke Zij bewaarden ook mijn grote bagage generos terwijl ik naar Machu Picchu reisde voor twee dagen (terug naar terug te blijven na), wat mijn reis zeer gemakkelijk maakte. Ik zou dit nogmaals aan alle reizigers naar Cusco willen aanbevelen, met name gezien het feit dat de waarde van het geld verbazingwekkend is."

The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio."

The breakfast is on a timetable as nobody can use it (6-9am), as the tours start at 4am and if you stay in the room, you will not, of course, get up so early to breakfast. Limited food supply in variety and portions. Two days before check-out, we asked for another night; they assured to give it, but the day it was required, we were denied because "they had not booked it". Only two people do well their job: the cleaner girl and the night's receptionist (although she is also limited in her acting)."

It's rare to find a property where nothing is overlooked, but this hotel delivered at every turn. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
