The Hotel is well located, but they do have a huge problem with housekeeping, Room service and Restaurant service. While the personal is nice and friendly, they take for ever to serve any meal that you order. On the restaurant some time take over an hour for a soup! If you ask for a more elaborate dish is even worse. On room service same issue, you order and take about an hour and half to receive your meal. Now, housekeeping, is another deal! They are short of personal and are inconsistent with the service! I gave arrive the hotel twice at 6 pm after al day out, and my room was still not clean. On one occasion they just changed the towel and put the “ Do not disturb “ sign on the door! Totally unacceptable. I have spoke with Management, but since there is not sustainability, today was the same! Very por Customer service

The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.

I spent 1 week at the hotel at work. The hotel is reasonable, the rooms seem old, mainly in the bathroom lack maintenance. The shower was wet all except those who took bath, well disregulated, had no way to take bath or wash their hair. The hotel was cleaning and the hotel was good, but the breakfast was excellent, but every day I passed there was the same thing, should change. The outside noise was great, almost all night heard cars and motorcycles running because the hotel is in a mega-avenue moving. The inner noise tbm was bothered, I don't know whether guests or staff were. I don't know if I would be home again!

We stayed at the Amazon Aeroporto Hotel for 1-night following a visit to the Pantanal ($115 Can). The Amazon is a modern business hotel that was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, close to the airport and to all the conveniences that that a tourist could ask for in what is not a touristy city. Our room was small but well designed, with a large comfortable bed, side tables, desk and chair, adequate clothes storage space, and a tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water for the shower. The hotel was located beside a shopping mall, with a mini-market just past the mall, and a pizza restaurant and a rodizio restaurant in the opposite direct. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fruits, baked products, ham, cheese, and freshly cooked food (eggs, tapioca, etc.). The free transfer to the airport was readily available and fast. Overall, you cannot do better for a hotel while on a trip to the Northern Pantanal.

Por varios motivos, prefiro esse Ibis do que os hoteis 5 estrelas fracos em Cuiaba (Delmond/Gran Odara) Localizaçao boa, num bairro residencial e sossegado porem perto de tudo. Primeiramente, ao contrario dos hoteis de luxo, aqui 100% dos funcionarios e dos hospedes estavam de mascara. Parabéns a todos A receptionista Weis quem nos atendeu foi extremamente simpatica Quarto funcional com tudo que precisamos. Café da manha EXCELLENTE. Funcionarios la super sorridentes e prestativos. Chegamos do aeroporto, no hotel, às 20:40h. Surpresa! A reserva de dois quartos foram simplesmente vendidas a outros hóspedes que chegaram antes. Solução sugerida: que voltássemos para o aeroporto e ficássemos em outro hotel da rede ou aceitarmos “os dois últimos” quartos inferiores ao contratado no hotel reservado. O mais revoltante foi constatar que outros hóspedes chegaram depois e foram hospedados. Como? Se nos informaram que conseguiram os dois “últimos” quartos? Faltou mais do que profissionalismo—faltou honestidade e ética. Essa rede nunca mais.

Voilà une excellente adresse à Cuiaba (Cuiabrasa tellement il y fait chaud) si vous êtes de passage dans le mato grosso. Les chambres sont confortables et la climatisation est silencieuse et efficace. Le service de voiturier est gratuit et l’ hôtel possède un parking fermé et sécurisé à quelques mètres de l’ entrée. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et de qualité. Les jus de fruits sont naturels , les viennoiseries sont fraîches et renouvelées fréquemment. Pour ma part, l’ accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et sympathique. Malheureusement, personne ne parle anglais à la réception et il est donc nécessaire de maîtriser un minimum de Portuguais si l’ on ne veut pas utiliser les traducteurs informatisés. Il faut avouer que le quartier ne présente aucun intérêt mais à quelques centaines de mètres on trouve d’ excellents restaurants et autres churrascarias. Je recommande cet établissement sans réserve.

We stayed at the Amazon Aeroporto Hotel for 1-night following a visit to the Pantanal ($115 Can). The Amazon is a modern business hotel that was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, close to the airport and to all the conveniences that that a tourist could ask for in what is not a touristy city. Our room was small but well designed, with a large comfortable bed, side tables, desk and chair, adequate clothes storage space, and a tiled bathroom with plenty of hot water for the shower. The hotel was located beside a shopping mall, with a mini-market just past the mall, and a pizza restaurant and a rodizio restaurant in the opposite direct. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fruits, baked products, ham, cheese, and freshly cooked food (eggs, tapioca, etc.). The free transfer to the airport was readily available and fast. Overall, you cannot do better for a hotel while on a trip to the Northern Pantanal.

Positive: - With half an hour of breakfast in advance due to a large public competition in the city - Internal silence Negative: - No check-in online, generating line to do it, and outdated practice of requesting to fill in handwritten sheet, although they have already all my data through booking by Booking.com - I booked a room with a couple bed and placed me in one with two single beds together trying to simulate a couple bed - I put a warning on the portal soft to not make cleaning/removing in the room, and even so did, still leaving the door open - breakfast very bad, little variety, and with old look - Wi-Fi Internet extremely slow, only about 2Mb - bad cleaning, the sanitary vessel was dirty when I arrived and had a cotton used in the mud crew that even after cleaning/removing continued there - shower out very widespread and irregular water, Probably because his head was unclean - air conditioning takes a long time to start out cold air and his remote control was weak - very noise outside the night, and bells every 3 hours for being close to a Catholic church - Small and slow lift - No take near the desk - Bad and small dressers - very range bed - Door the bathroom does not close right - No hair dryer

Voilà une excellente adresse à Cuiaba (Cuiabrasa tellement il y fait chaud) si vous êtes de passage dans le mato grosso. Les chambres sont confortables et la climatisation est silencieuse et efficace. Le service de voiturier est gratuit et l’ hôtel possède un parking fermé et sécurisé à quelques mètres de l’ entrée. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et de qualité. Les jus de fruits sont naturels , les viennoiseries sont fraîches et renouvelées fréquemment. Pour ma part, l’ accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et sympathique. Malheureusement, personne ne parle anglais à la réception et il est donc nécessaire de maîtriser un minimum de Portuguais si l’ on ne veut pas utiliser les traducteurs informatisés. Il faut avouer que le quartier ne présente aucun intérêt mais à quelques centaines de mètres on trouve d’ excellents restaurants et autres churrascarias. Je recommande cet établissement sans réserve.

Cleaning, this is a heavy cleaning job, because we can witness kkk, but there is a small piece of glass in the bathroom (it is really small), but it did not attract Kkk’s attention, but it hurt my foot😕. The Gran Odara was strategically for my stay in Cuiaba the best option. The attention of the staff was very good and always friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and big with a lot of space. They respect biosecurity protocols and have disinfectants at every place available. Unfortunately besides the great equipped and comfortable hotel, service is a bit slow and needs to improve. Making mistakes and claiming that the error is the guest's fault is definitely a no go.
