"De locatie is uitstekend. Slechts 3 minuten rijden van Cradle Mountain. Het huis is schoon, warm en ruim. Er is een klein kruidenierskantoortje en je kunt wat vlees en groenten kopen als je niet buiten de deur wilt eten."

"De locatie is geweldig - vlak buiten het nationale park en eenvoudig toegang tot enkele trajecten zonder naar het bezoekerscentrum van het nationale park. Nog 3 minuten rijden naar het bezoekerscentrum om de shuttlebus naar de Dove Lake circuit traject te nemen. De cabines zijn goed ingericht en warm en gezellig. Het uitzicht buiten ons cabinevenster is geweldig!"

"De accommodatie ligt zeer dicht bij het Visitor Centre, waar alle activiteiten van het National Reserve Park plaatsvinden. De kamer is zeer schoon. Er is een gasbrandstof en een elektrische verwarmingsinstallatie om de kamer te verwarmen. Er is ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken met koelkast, gas stoven en oven. Er is een volledige set van snijmachines met pot en pan, kopjes, keukens en platen. Zelfs zout en peper zijn voorzien. Anderen zoals toaster, haardroger, shampoo, lichaamswas en handwas zijn beschikbaar. We genieten van de verblijf en koken onze eigen maaltijden met een comfortabele winkel in de buurt."

"Disappointing Stay - It's Not Worth the Price We booked a chalet listed as suitable for 4 guests. Like most hotels, we assumed the booking was based on the number of rooms rather than the number of guests, especially since no meals were included. Upon check-in with my family (4 guests and a toddler), the receptionist insisted our booking was only for 2 people and charged us for the additional guests which we were willing to accept. However, because we had a child (3 years old), we were told we had to be moved to a 6-person cabin with bunk beds and a queen bed, instead of the 1 king and 1 queen that we originally booked. The king bed would have been much more comfortable for co-sleeping. We were charged extra for this, and informed that only children aged 2 and below stay free, it was unusual and a policy that was not stated clearly at the time of booking. The staff were cold and unhelpful, which added to the overall disappointment. From check-in to general assistance, there was a clear lack of warmth and hospitality. It felt more transactional than welcoming, which is not what you'd expect from a destination hotel in such a beautiful location. The cabin itself was shabby and underwhelming for the price and especially during off-peak season. Amenities were minimal. Heating was poor, making the room uncomfortable in Cradle Mountain’s cold weather. The food quality at the restaurant was expensive and mediocre, nothing memorable or particularly enjoyable. `Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. For what we paid, we could have stayed in far better accommodation in the area. Fortunately, Trip.com provided outstanding service throughout, which helped make up for the poor hotel experience. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to others."
