"Het hotel is altijd zeer goed voor ons, omdat we toegang nodig hebben via een zijde deur en ze zijn zeer handig wanneer we het nodig hebben. Het ontbijt is basis, maar is goed voor mij. De kamers zijn schoon en de service is uitstekende. Zou grondig aanbevolen als een basis 3* hotel."

"Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en altijd helpend. Maar kamerreiniging liet zeer wenselijk zijn. In de tussentijd van 2 dagen werden alleen de 2 afvallers geleerd, handdoeken uitgewisseld en de beddek iets samengevoegd. De grond werd niet gezuigd of zelfs gewassen gedurende 6 dagen. De beddengoed werd nooit verwisseld. Echter, ik moet ook eerlijk gezegd, dat ik na de 2e nacht de kamer veranderd, naar een met grote Kingsize bed. Misschien was men daarom gedacht dat voor de vier dagen in de nieuwe kamer, de beddengoed niet meer hoeven te worden verwisseld. Anders is er niets te beweren van mij."

"One of our favourite hotels at the sea side. The rooms are brand new, spacious, large confortable bed, nice balcony with sea view or lake view. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. The coffee is really good, big plus for this. They have garrage and front parking as well, so it is very safe. The pool is a great place to spend the afternoons. They have their own beach, right in front of the hotel. Highly reccomend Nyota!"

"This was our second visit to this hotel. The first weekend we spent was so lovely that we decided to return for another weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel had a child’s birthday party booked at the pool this trip, so there were about 15 unruly non-hotel guest children who overtook the pool the entire afternoon. While we were still allowed to use the pool, it was extremely unpleasant, crowded, and downright dangerous considering the behavior of the children. The spa was also closed all day Saturday, so we were unable to book massages. I had recommended this hotel to several people for a relaxing weekend, but I will no longer recommend it. Absolute disaster."

"The hotel is very close to the beach, museums and the old city center, in a very good location. The room was spacious and beautiful looking. The cleaning personnel was coming daily to clean and refill the bathroom with toiletries if necessary. Also, the breakfast was varied and tasty. The kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly."

"This is our 3rd stay and each time we want to return for another one. The room is spacious, modern, well equipped, very clean and with a great view. This time we got a city view, but the best view is with the lake. The bad is super comfortable, te pillows are soft and we got the best sleep. The staff is amazing and they help you with each request as they can. The restaurant is amazing with great food. Even though is not really close to the beach, by car you can make 10 minutes. Also you have free parking included."

"Besides the incredible smell of mold and sewage, masked at check-in with chlorine that burns your throat, the owner has audacity and a terrible attitude. It is an improvised construction, extended with wood over an existing house, without any means of fire protection. The cleanliness in the area where the food is prepared is completely lacking, moreover you are threatened if you take photos to have evidence. Dirty carpets, gray towels, dirty mattresses. We left the location for hygiene reasons and the owner stated that we did not show up. Terrible! If you want to see how you can be mocked, this is the ideal place."

"Oké, Maar niets speculatiefs Decent grootte kamer, tv is OK ontbijt had vruchten, maar gemiddelde. Lift is zeer klein. Het gebied dicht bij het hotel is een beetje in ruïnes. Het strand is dicht, maar het sukt na de 2021 verlenging. Er zijn veel restaurants dicht bij het hotel. 2-3 minuten lopen."

"We brachten voor het eerst een weekend door in Hotel IAKI. Zelfs als het winter is, is het hotel open en geeft het ons de mogelijkheid om het strand van de Zwarte Zee en de zonsopgang te bewonderen. Het is een zeer schoon hotel, goed verwarmd, met mooie en rustige kamer uitgerust met alles wat nodig is. We hielden van het uitzicht vanuit de lift, voldoende personeel, goed en gevarieerd eten. SPA- en zwembadservice zijn professioneel, en na een ontspannende massage voelden we ons verfrist. Ik raad IAKI al aan bij mijn vrienden en we zullen zeker snel terugkomen. Een kleine suggestie: maak de buitenzwembaden schoon, zelfs als ze in de winter niet worden gebruikt. Voor een perfect beeld rondom het hotel."
