"Due to a flight delay, we had to book a room here as almost everything else was full. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The lady at the front desk was absolutely fantastic – one of the best staff members we've ever encountered on our travels. We didn't get a chance to experience the proximity to the ocean or the breakfast. The hotel itself was more or less alright."

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."

"In het algemeen is het hotel goed, misschien ontbreekt u een lift en niet belemmeren toegang tot de WiFi (bij elke uitgang van het hotel moet je 3 toegangspunten doorlopen. Het wordt lang en verpakt). De rest is goed. Goed airconditioning"
