I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. I loved the largeness of this room!! After other tight rooms in Europe, this was a breath of fresh air. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we had to immediately take a nap upon arrival (I'm sure that had nothing to do with our weeklong road trip through Spain). The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful in arranging airport transfers for us. The street that the hotel was down didn't seem the safest at first, but we were fine! The tiny hands and feet on the walls were an interesting decor choice though.

Great location near the city center and quieter that expected. The hotel staff could communicate well in English. The room was nice, with comfortable beds, A/C, free WiFi and a safe for any cash or valuables you may want to store. The only negative was that the breakfast was not served in the hotel but you had to go to a restaurant/café 2 blocks away. Overall it was a pretty decent choice.

The hotel is good, the facilities are great, the swimming pool is great, the breakfast is good, the staff is attentive and pleasant, I will recommend it without a doubt. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

The room is comfortable and warm, with a good view! I had a fever when I arrived at the hotel. I called the front desk and immediately helped find a doctor to come to the hotel for diagnosis. The service was warm and thoughtful!

Pros- good location, clean, easy checkin/checkout, staff helpful at front desk, long breakfast hours, very good water pressure in shower. Had 4 twin beds for a family with teenagers it was good. There was a safe in the room and housekeeping made up the room each day, even if we slept in later. Cons- room had a musty odor, didn’t get AC working until 3rd night, slept with windows open at night and street was very very noisy until 4am, breakfast was rather basic,

The newly opened hotel is right at the back door of Plaza Mayor. The location is super good, just seven minutes walk to the palace, and about five minutes from the Ingles department store.
