Los empleados han sido muy atentos en todo momento, a pesar de las malas experiencias vividas.
Malas experiencias como el calor extremo de la habitación, perros ladrando por las noches, huéspedes gritando, etc

Second time at this hotel and it was just as comfortable as the first. Great location and value, good breakfast, easy bar/restaurant. The staff is kind and courteous, especially Lucia at the desk and the gentlemen in the restaurants.

The stay was fine, it was clean and the service is very good. However, the room was quite old and the air circulation was very bad. The temperature regulation didn’t work. We had to sleep with the window open to get proper air circulation and to cool the room down. The double bed was also very small and made a terrible noise (like very old beds). Again, the hotel is fine. My expectations were very high based on the price and location of the hotel, but we were quite disappointed

It’s across from park but this property is a 2 star max. Old dirty carpets, room was depressing, too hot at night. Not enough seating in breakfast area so we could never eat. Not proper welcome or directions by the staff about lobby or facilities.

Good hotel. Good breakfast with variety and comfort. Clean. Good service.
The only complain is the magnetic key to the room. It works only after 5-6 tries.
