Great location, very nice breakfast, there is also a Starbucks right outside the enterance which is nice. Literally a two minute walk to Gran Via street where you can find anything you could possibly need. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean and very quiet at least on the 5th floor :) Overall would recommend and come back again. Gracias Madrid!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado,limpieza bien y personal muy correcto. El único inconveniente es la piscina,pocas sombrillas para poder estar durante el día,sobre todo si pillas días súper calurosos que fue lo que nos pasó a nosotros. Por la noche se está genial , buen ambiente y muy ricos los cócteles

Hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio,el personal súper amable y la terraza superior con piscina y bar excelente. Muy recomendable.

Un poco flojo en general las habitaciones, el servicio de limpieza... Amabilidad del staff bien, pero no se corresponde con el precio.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Modern and funky design that will appeal to a certain demographic. Excellent location with lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. However… Over-designed shower room that floods every time. Paper-thin walls so you hear EVERYTHING from next door, and the upstairs neighbours with shoes on or dragging the towel rail around the bathroom. Being earplugs. Noisy breakfast room with kitchen staff constantly chopping something with the door open, and talking loudly to each other. Overall, a very pleasant 4 days.

My room was not very clean, didn't put toothpaste, and towels were not totally white/cleans.
