Quinta Alto Do Rio ★★★★

"Quinta Alto do Rio is a rural accommodation that offers a good and nature-oriented setting, making it particularly suitable for guests seeking relaxation away from urban environments. Its scenic surroundings and tranquil atmosphere constitute some of its most appealing features. From a positive perspective, the overall hospitality is commendable, with a friendly and attentive team contributing to a pleasant stay. The dining experience is also noteworthy: while the breakfast is of good quality and well presented, it is somewhat basic in terms of variety; in contrast, the dinners stand out for their excellent quality and are a clear highlight of the stay. However, there are several aspects that would benefit from improvement. The need for additional sun umbrellas in the outdoor areas is evident, particularly during warmer periods, in order to provide adequate shade and comfort for guests. Regarding room comfort, it is important to note that the central air conditioning system was not operational during the stay. Although fans were provided and helped mitigate the situation under moderate temperatures, this solution may prove insufficient during hotter days, potentially leading to significant discomfort. In conclusion, Quinta Alto do Rio represents a solid choice for those prioritizing tranquility and high-quality evening dining. Nevertheless, addressing the air conditioning issue and improving outdoor shade infrastructure would significantly enhance the overall guest experience."
