The manager did not charge for one meal and offered a free dessert which was really good. The restaurant wait staff was very attentive to our needs. Can highly recommend the hotel but not the restaurant."

"The front desk service was extremely poor and suspected of being ******. They were all smiles and friendly when speaking to white and black people, but their faces fell when they saw Asians. The first room had bloodstains on the pillow, the toilet was not cleaned properly and was disgusting, the exhaust fan was extremely noisy, and the light kept flickering. When I told the front desk I wanted to change rooms, they stared wide-eyed at me with disbelief. After the new room was given, there were still some minor issues, but I was too lazy to bother mentioning them again."

De kamer was ruime met een sectiebank en twee koningin bed. Een binnenzwembad ziet er klein uit, goed voor familie. Ontbijt typisch continentale buffetstijl. Ondertekening maakte uw eigen waffle van Comfort Suite/Inn hotel. Over het algemeen was een geweldige verblijf."

"The first room I checked into wasn't cleaned. The second room had annoying air conditioning, and the bedding had bloodstains. The front desk only changed rooms without even offering an apology. There was no room service the next day, and they refused to serve me in the same room, claiming there were no room service staff available. Only the third room was properly maintained. After complaining, they said parking would be waived. If they hadn't checked at checkout, they would have charged me for two days. I sincerely advise every traveler to avoid this hotel. I've never stayed in a hotel with such terrible management. If I were on Ctrip, I would have immediately removed this hotel from my bookings."

"The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay."
