"The staff, reception and restaurant, extremely efficient, helpful, and super friendly. Room very small, no a/c but a very basic floor fan, pretty useless in 30 degrees. Bathroom tiny, barely possible to have a shower. Overall very poor quality hotel for the price. "

"Dank u !!!! Voor uw vriendelijkheid, uw beschikbaarheid !!!! De kamer is zeer aangenaam, de toegang tot het hotel zeer gemakkelijk. Een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Twee stappen van het historische centrum. Ideaal om het hart van Chartres te bezoeken op wandeling. En super bezoek tips en reis van de eigenaar. We hebben gegeten in het hotel restaurant, absoluut heerlijk !!!! Wij raden de baba aan het huis rum, een moord !!!! Bedankt voor de mooie uitwisselingstijd gedeeld aan het einde van de maaltijd !!!! Zwijg niet, rennen !!!!!!"

"We had to haul our bags over cobblestones and up a long flight of stairs. We were admitted by codes and passwords and never saw another person during our stay. We tried four times to contact the host because we needed some help and never had a response. It is supposed to be a bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Worst of all, we had no internet and no cell service so we had no possible way of communicating. We could not even make a phone call."
