"Although the room facilities are old, they have everything they need. I asked the girl at the front desk for a quiet room, and she gave me one on the 11th floor, which was actually a bit noisy. The bedding was average, not very comfortable. The bathroom was an okay size, with toothbrushes, combs and soap provided. There was also a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was mainly Chinese, with light white porridge and sweet glutinous rice porridge, both of which were delicious. There were boiled eggs, tea eggs, fried rice, fried noodles, fried dough sticks, siomai, steamed dumplings, various small buns and small cakes, as well as some vegetables and fruits. But there is actually a Gao Gao noodle restaurant near the hotel that tastes okay. I visited Yushan and Shanghu in Changshu. I think Shanghu is more worth visiting. The scenery is more beautiful and there are not many people."

"To be honest, I was quite disappointed this time. I booked the Regency Club, but this was the worst afternoon tea and happy hour I've experienced at any Hyatt I've stayed at. For afternoon tea, besides drinks, there was only one type of pastry in the fridge. For dinner, there was only one hot dish each of beef, mushrooms, hash browns, Korean rice cakes, and rice. It's the poorest selection I've encountered in any Hyatt property so far."

This Suzhou-style garden courtyard is built right by the water, with white walls, black tiles, small bridges, and flowing streams. The lake view is incredible, and the environment is serene and tranquil, offering an immersive taste of Jiangnan charm. The service is attentive and meticulous; our butler was thoughtful and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, the minibar was free to enjoy, and the daily fruit and evening sweet soup added a wonderful touch to the ambiance. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with authentic and delicious local specialties. Guests get free entry to Shanghu Scenic Area and can also enjoy lakeside cycling and boating on the lake, with plenty of leisure and entertainment options. It's a top choice for family trips, with excellent environment, service, and facilities, offering incredible value for money. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Changshu!"

"Upon entering the room on the first day, the floor was covered in long women's hair, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly after the previous guests left. There was no room service, and despite requesting housekeeping, it never returned all day. I didn't see any front desk staff during my three-day stay. This is the worst guesthouse I've stayed at in this price range recently."
