Very good service, tasty food, comfortable bed. At first I booked for 2 nights then had to add 1 more night cause was feeling like home😊

Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Always a real treat to stay at the Pullman, without question the finest hotel in Changshu. Damien and his team make all their guests feel genuinely special, this is the very definition of exquisite, top class service. The food is also outstanding, and the establishment justifiably takes great pride in their cuisine. We enjoyed the spectacular buffet during our stay over the Christmas weekend, an unforgettable experience. Thank you everyone for your kind attention and see you again soon.

After having shared a somewhat negative experience before, it is completely right to share my experience here again after my second stay. The serious and sincere response to the previous review was reason to book a second stay without hesitation. The personal welcome on arrival, the room upgrade and welcome gift showed appreciation. The restaurant manager had already noticed my arrival and provided me with a nice cup of coffee. If you share your travel plan in advance, the front desk will arrange suitable and affordable transport with experienced drivers to and from the locations you want to visit. The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay. The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment. The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable. This hotel manages to continue to guarantee health and hygiene, without you as a guest experiencing any inconvenience. All staff deserve appreciation. Still want to appreciate 3 people particularly. - Damien, general manager, who subtly showed his attentiveness to the well-being of his guests. - Luca, restaurant manager, who knows what 'his' guests need and is able to give that little bit extra, so that you feel 'pampered' as a guest. Super! - Candice, guest experience director, (who should be mentioned first). She is modestly in the right place at the right time. With her focused attention, she gauges the needs of guests, she excels in accuracy. Special appreciation for her professional personal and business dealings.
