The cover photo and name for the property is a bit confusing - it's not a hotel, it ended up being an apartment in a residential building. It was reasonably clean with basic amenities - good value for the price, but it would be much improved if a bit more thought was given to the amenities - for instance, there was a fridge, but there was nowhere to plug it in and no extention cord and there was a kitchenette, but no kitchen equipment (no pots, bowls, cups) to actually cook in."

"The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. We had a dedicated butler, whom we added on WeChat, so we could easily ask questions. They were very helpful, providing recommendations for dining and attractions. They even went out of their way to arrange tickets for the hot spring water park for both adults and children for the next day, allowing us to play until 3 PM before heading home. Upon check-in, we received VIP fruit, and milk was delivered in the evening, which the kids loved. The water park deserves a special mention; the children had an absolute blast and are already looking forward to their next visit. We also watched the fireworks in the evening, which were beautiful and spectacular, though my phone couldn't capture the stunning effect seen with the naked eye. For dinner, we went to the second-floor restaurant and ordered a la carte. The steamed white fish was absolutely delicious, enjoyed by both adults and children. We ordered five dishes, and all were fantastic."

"Ondanks dat ik super vroeg was en eigenlijk alleen mijn bagage wilde afgeven kreeg ik een hartelijk onthaal. Er was nog geen rookvrije kamer vrij, dus ik kreeg een upgrade naar een executive kamer. Een kamer op de hoek want die hebben twee ramen die open kunnen. De receptioniste wist precies dat sommige reizigers (ik zeker) Chinese hotelkamers te warm vinden in de winter. Wat een service want zo sliep ik s nachts in een heerlijk koele kamer. De kamers zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht en de badkamer is prachtig. Het bed ligt heerlijk. Het hotel ligt naast the Hill een leuk vormgegeven winkelcentrum ertegenover ligt nog een groot winkelcentrum."

I was very worried at first, but we checked out late the next day and saw the aunt cleaning the room, and the bed unit was replaced in time. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide array of options that were also nutritionally well-balanced."
