"We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily. The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night. Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!"

"De receptie was erg geduldig bij het verblijf, zeer efficiënt en snel afgewerkt. Bovendien was de lift stabiel, de gang schoon, geen geur, de bouwlamp is goed gescheiden en de badkamer is droog, de watertemperatuur is net goed, de ruimte is groot en de wasgoeden zijn volledig. Het was heel warm als ik binnenkwam en de airconditioning was erg comfortabel. De receptie zei ook dat het ontbijt echt heel intimiderend was en dat de ontbijttypes bijzonder lekker waren."

"Got an upgrade to a larger room. The hotel is right next to a Line 6 subway station. Room service was excellent. Although the hotel might be a bit older since it's been open for a while, the overall quality and standards are still there. Plus, at this price, it's definitely worth staying!"

"Het hotel is mooi gelegen bij het treinstation en schoon. Er zijn ook veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De receptioniste bij de receptie is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We belden om 21.30 uur om te vragen of er kamers beschikbaar waren en ze slaagde erin om aan ons verzoek te voldoen. We checkten in om 23.30 uur. De volgende ochtend vertrokken we vroeg om wat plaatsen te bezoeken, maar mijn kind realiseerde zich dat ze haar mobiele telefoon in de lobby was verloren. Ze slaagden erin om hem te vinden en we gingen terug om hem op te halen. Ze bieden ook gratis gebruik van de wasmachine. Het enige probleem is het lawaai van deuren die op niveau 5 sluiten omdat mensen de wasruimte gebruiken. Over het algemeen is het een perfecte plek voor de prijs en de service."
