Its basically a spa, getting in and out of the spa is very troublesome as they keep your shoe as hostage and you are required to queue to check for payment every time you need to leave the hotel which is extremely time consuming. not suitable for family holiday hotel. Alot of additional charges especially for kids using the sauna.

It was a good stay for a few days. The room is big and spacious. Since it is a spa hotel, it can be loud at certain times in the day.

南方小土豆來體驗一下洗浴中心，就直接在這邊住下了
衞生：中規中矩吧
環境：房間比較小，作為樓下洗浴中心的配套，過夜不睡大廳睡房間
如果不是帶着小朋友也沒必要花小300住這房間，全季、甚至城市便捷都比這乾淨整潔一點
床品比較不舒服

進門就派了號，説要等一個多小時才能拿牌，不拿牌是不能拿房間的，幸虧男生可以不用排隊可以先拿房，第一次住洗浴一體的酒店，還不是很瞭解流程，春節人很多，女生排隊基本要一個多小時才能換鞋拿牌號，拿完牌號才能拿房間，一開始不知道里面有免費換汗蒸服，後來才知道原來中間斷貨了一段時間，一進去裏面服務員就推薦我們買新的，女生搓澡也要排隊，搓澡是另外收費的，春節有套餐包門票的有三檔，最低的159的，我們住酒店包門票，所以衹能單選。自助餐也要排隊，真的人很多。房間還挺大，也挺安靜，就是暖氣太熱了，調到16度，房間內温度還是31度，最後衹能直接關了暖氣。整體活動還是很豐富的，可以玩很久，後面才知道退房時間是按24小時的，什麼時候入住就可以住到什麼時間，這樣挺好的。

可能最近客人太多了，感覺前台熱情度不夠，另外，針對入住酒店客人應該提前告知辦理入住後出行不方便，建議不外出的前提下辦理入住，儘可能友情提醒
另外，酒店設施舒適度不夠，也許它就是給洗浴客人休息設施，跟其他酒店服務方向不一樣，當然，這個價格是值得的，所以就看怎麼取捨了

到的那天下雪了，搓澡人很多，酒店多去的，體驗一下很不錯，自助餐人太多了，沒排上，酒店可以點餐，吃的還是不錯的，大拉皮很好吃，就是住一晚很一般，要先換鞋才能入住，不方便。酒店大堂有免費的冰淇淋。

環境不錯，服務態度也很好，床和枕頭也是不錯的品牌，不是那種硬邦邦的，浴巾我看也是新的啊，這個很好，裏面的小哥哥小姐姐真的超級好都，對於提出的建議也迴應比較快，保潔阿姨的態度也很不錯，總之就是很開心的一次住宿體驗。

房間條件服務都很滿意，衹有一點隔音太差，隔壁房間説什麼聽的一清二楚，走廊孩子裏説話，有點吵，其他都很滿意。
