"Het hotel is een prachtig hotel, ze hebben onze kamer op een bergachtige locatie verbeterd en het was zo'n behandeling om elke ochtend op te wakkeren naar een bergachtige locatie. De kamer had een balkon waar we elke ochtend onze koffie omringd hadden en het prachtige landschap innemen voordat we naar beneden gingen voor het ontbijt. Het personeel is geweldig. Ze verwachten uw behoeften en zijn zeer handig. Het hotel is zeer schoon en als we weer naar Zwitserland komen, zal dit onze keuze zijn!"

"An amazing experience from the time we entered the hotel. The reception staff (Camila) could not have been more helpful and more happy from the moment we arrived. A really nice hotel, spotless rooms, generous space. The breakfast is lovely, and the location close to everything - cafes and restaurants next door, and an easy walk to the centre for supermarket and station and cable car to the snow. A bar in the hotel provides a lovely post day relaxing meal and drink. Overall would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again."

"Fantastic one night stay. Booked 45 minutes before arriving and the room was ready with a nice custom message upon arrival. Comfortable, cute and cozy room, very “Chalet”. Breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary and a bit cramped, but still very good quality food. Front desk staff was an incredibly nice and friendly man, very helpful."

"We stayed here as part of a rail holiday with Great Rail Journeys. The hotel was fabulous. We had a wonderful welcome at the door after a very long journey. Our room was very contemporary and had everything you needed. Complimentary toiletries, tissues, shower sponge and a very useful shoe horn! There was free Wi-Fi a fridge with complimentary water and that was restocked every day. Coffee machine and tea and coffee. We asked for fresh milk for tea every evening. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a room with views of the mountains. Various cereals, warm bread, toaster, nuts etc, hot food and even a gadget to boil your own egg!. Also cheese and cooked meat. The evening meal was equally good. The staff were so friendly. If you are booked to stay here you are in for a treat."

"I shared a very small twin room - number 101. It’s only just big enough to walk around the bed. The bed was very comfortable and the plug beside the bed very handy. We only had 1 pillow each but more were quickly delivered to the room once we had asked. Clothes storage was limited with no drawers and only 6 hangers between 2 of us. There was a nice shower over the bath and no shortage of hot water, though the window and outside wall underneath it were constantly covered in condensation which ran across the bathroom floor towards the door and made the toilet roll wet if we left it on the wall mounted holder. The room was warm enough, but we struggled to get the radiator hot enough to dry our towels each day. This room is right at the top of the stairs so very handy if you forget anything, but right above the bar and its speakers which was quite loud on a couple of evenings. Breakfast each morning was very tasty with a small cooked selection (sausages, crispy bacon and scrambled egg) as well as the usual continental selection. Afternoon tea which is served at 4pm was a real treat with a different variety of cakes on offer each day along with tea and coffee. The ski/boot room which opens directly onto the car park is a good size and very handy. The bar is very popular with locals and reasonably priced (CHF 6 for a glass of house red). The staff in this hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful."

"The palladium is really close to the gondola station and has its own pool and facilities. The only difficulty was that the lift ticket + accommodation offer from the Regions Dents du Midi website was a bit complicated. We waited for over half an hour until we finally had our ski tickets."
