"Een geweldige ervaring sinds we het hotel binnenkwamen. Het receptiepersoneel (Camila) kon niet meer helpen en gelukkig zijn sinds we aankwamen. Een echt mooi hotel, spotloze kamers, generöse ruimte. Het ontbijt is prachtig, en de locatie dicht bij alles - cafés en restaurants naast de deur, en een gemakkelijke wandeling naar het centrum voor supermarkt en station en kabelwagen naar de sneeuw. Een bar in het hotel biedt een prachtige postdag ontspannen maaltijd en drank. Over het geheel genomen zou het zeer aanbevolen zijn en wij zouden hier zeker weer blijven."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel! They upgraded our room to a mountain view and it was such a treat to wake up every morning to a wonderful mountain view. The room had a balcony where we had our coffee each morning surrounded by and intaking the beautiful scenery before we went down for breakfast. The staff is amazing. They anticipate your needs and are very helpful. The hotel is very clean and when we come to Switzerland again, this will be our hotel choice!"

"Het gastenhuis "Grand Paradise" is direct op de vallei en is een mooi, klein gastenhuis. Gezien de leeftijd van het huis is het een beetje lawaai, maar dat is het charme van een "oud" huis. We waren een groep van negen mensen en zeer tevreden. De service in het restaurant was zeer goed en vriendelijk."

"We stayed here as part of a rail holiday with Great Rail Journeys. The hotel was fabulous. We had a wonderful welcome at the door after a very long journey. Our room was very contemporary and had everything you needed. Complimentary toiletries, tissues, shower sponge and a very useful shoe horn! There was free Wi-Fi a fridge with complimentary water and that was restocked every day. Coffee machine and tea and coffee. We asked for fresh milk for tea every evening. The breakfast was outstanding and served in a room with views of the mountains. Various cereals, warm bread, toaster, nuts etc, hot food and even a gadget to boil your own egg!. Also cheese and cooked meat. The evening meal was equally good. The staff were so friendly. If you are booked to stay here you are in for a treat."
