Het voelde als thuis.Had een fantastisch verblijf! Grote locatie, geweldige service, en mooie kamers. Zou 100% terugkomen. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, maakte het team ons voelen als VIPs. Speciale schreeuwen naar de receptie om te helpen met late check-in. Service was warm en echt. Liefde de kamer grote bed, schone badkamer, geweldige AC en WiFi. Ook rustig in de nacht, wat perfect was. "We hadden een geweldige verblijf bij DLS Nature Trinket Regency. Het hele personeel was zeer welkom en ondersteunend. We boekten een luxe beddenkamer en de kamer was echt goed met een groot balkon dat het dal uitzicht biedt. De geyster nam echter lang mee om het water te verwarmen. Ook boekte de kamer op Agoda, maar de kamer voorzieningen bieden verwarming, hetzelfde was aan te schrijven (Rs. 500 per dag). Ik verzoek de leiding daarom in de kamers duidelijk te vermelden dat de verwarmingsinstallatie bij extra tarieven wordt gelast."

"A Luxury Illusion: All Hype, No Substance Aaroham Dalhousie is a total letdown. Parking was chaotic, no one to guide, just roadside confusion. Reception was cold, clueless, and unwelcoming. The room had dirty linen; we had to ask twice to get it changed. Furniture was filthy and dusty. No intercom, had to call staff on personal mobiles for everything. Prebooked dinner was refused at the restaurant and we were compelled to eat in the room, a pathetic experience for a so-called “luxury” stay. Food was cold, tasteless, and felt like recycled leftovers. Towels were stale, bathroom smelled, and housekeeping was nonexistent. Kids area? Bonfire? Sit-out space? Nothing was functional or available. Worst of all, the property was overrun with noisy college students, zero peace, zero privacy. It felt like a hostel, not a resort. Staff lacked basic hospitality sense. Even the Wi-Fi was a joke. This place sells the illusion of luxury but delivers none. Avoid it if you value your time, money, or sanity."

"I have my 1 year old child and I used their room cattle to warm the milk. Afterthat the hotel service boy rudely deny to warm the milk in the cattle. He was very aggressive to me. 1 am there for 3 nights but their behaviour and service was too bad. Please don't waste your journey by going to this hotel. I also asked them to send breakfast in the room also he denied me for that. This is very terrible experience 😭😭😞😞"
