This is the WORST hotel I've stayed in Indonesia. Although I was upgraded to a suite (Marriott Titanium), the suite is actually a downgrade from the standard (renovated) rooms! They refuse to downgrade you to a better room! From Check in to check out it was a total nightmare! The reception turned up 15 minutes after I arrived at 2am and it was like they were doing me a favour to check in. Further calls during the stay to reception (if answered) took between 20-30 minutes to action anything. Asking for fresh towels? Budget an hour. The room looks nothing like the pictures - Tiles are cracked, the bathroom is from the 60's - you are lucky if you can get a shower with regular temperature water. The room is a sauna - which is great for people who like hot rooms, aside from the putrid smell, the air conditioner is set to 26 degrees, The fixtures are all dirty - from the desk to the light switches, there was actually Red Sambal on the light switch after the housekeeping serviced the room. There is dirt everywhere and the management doesn't care! It's not about the hotel being old - there are many older hotels in Jakarta which have maintained a fantastic standard, don't expect that if you choose to stay here!

We had an amazing stay. My little boy approved. Even after staying 3 days 2 nights, he said, ”I still want to stay at this hotel.” We loved the pool, it's huge and even got a deep area. On mornings, there are kids activities by the poolside. The menu for breakfast varied. Yet I have to note the staff need better coordination during breakfast times when it's full. I'm 36 weeks pregnant and this morning I had to walk around looking for a seat. It's better to make a waiting list if the seats are full so guests don't have to walk around looking for an available seat. Perhaps use walkie talkie between staff at the restaurant reception and another staff taking notes of available seats.

This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

Love this hotel with very friendly staffs and very helpful.. the food I like it too good breakfast and very clean swimmingpool. Location very central easy to go .. bakkery i love it and a view restaurant 🇯🇵 and Italian. Close to go to Plaza Indonesia-Sarinah-Sabang street food..the room a bit old fashioned but some is modern the bath room.Everytime coming back to Aryaduta hotel when I go to Indonesia.

I visited Mercure Sabang with my 4 years old and my mother of 84 years old. Both of them were very happy, my son loved the kids activity on Sunday morning, my mother enjoyed the breakfast and become gourmand (at home she doesn't eat much anymore). It was maybe a combination of good food, perfect lighting and friendly ambiance in the resto. Me and my son love the pool, it was in the perfect depth (1.3m), not too deep but not too shallow either. The room was spacious, we took the type of privilege room, the bed and pillows was super comforting, and everything was so clean. One advise, if you are a non smoker, request non-smoking room and floor immediately, We checked in a bit late so the 1st night I need to chose between having a king size bed in a smoking floor/room or twin bed in the non-smoking one. I was then chose the twin bed and move to other room with king size bed in non smoking floor, because the smell of cigarettes in the smoking room-floor was so strong. It is a good thing for the smokers I think, because not many hotels have a smoking room nowadays. So overall i would say that Mercure Sabang is 10/10. Will surely revisit.

It was an amazing and wonderful experiencing staying in this hotel. When I arrived in Jakarta from Malaysia on 4th May, the hotel frontliners greeted us warmly. What I really enjoy was their food and prices are super reasonable. I dont know how to describe, but the food was super delicious. I really hope the hotel can maintain it. If anyone want to travel to Jakarta, I highly recommend to enjoy this stay. everything is good, just a bit mosquitoes around the lobby, this can be done. I will visit this hotel again.

Hotel with a pretty good rate, but the facilities are very minimal. Breakfast has only white rice/fried rice, main stew, side-pot, vegetables, toast, coco crunc, water and 1 kind of juice. There are tea and coffee, fruit, and porridge (ijo beans boil, squid porridge, or cinnamon porridge. Not chicken porridge). The breakfast place is very narrow. The ac is cold, but the room is very small. Small bathroom, soap spot in 601 is broken, can't be used and the glass is rusty. The shower door is difficult to drain. The hot water shower is strange. Sometimes it's warm, then it's cold. Even though the tap was not moved and shaken. There is no minibar and tissue in the room, only in the bathroom. Slippers only provided 1, jd must be asked to the receptionist to ask for 1 lg. Small TV, only 21 inches. Chanel TV is a little, but good because all movie channels. What's interesting from this hotel is just the environment. Being on the sabang road where the culinary tourist area makes guests no need to be confused to find food.

Its a pod. Ideal for solo. There are many workers when I arrived cleaning (quietly, discreetly and professionally), cleaning the toilets, showers, pods etc.... So the its super clean and fresh. I also had to get to Gambir Station to catcg a train. Tried hailling a transport from the roadside was quoted a higher tourist price. Got back to Bobobox, received help from Denny and Joe, who so kindly help called and arranged a transport for me at a fair price at peak hour 5:30pm. Joe, the Bobobox staff even accompanied me down to the street and waited for the transport to arrive and instructed the driver my destination and that I am going to take a train and needs to arrived at a specified time. This is a clean and bright hostel. The beds are comfortable and the wifi is fast. The staff are adorable young people who all speak fantastic english and in one case dutch! very helpful supervisor who resolved my issue when i'd booked another night but on the wrong date. she swapped the date for me at no extra cost. so i stayed yet another night in return! there are good facilities, a small gym and a nice chill out room with widescreen tv and PlayStation. think beanbags and A/C - heaven! You are close to a load of street food vendors in the side alley otherwise it's a ten minute walk round the block to plenty of restaurants. a good place to start your stay in jakarta if you arrive at gambir. btw also close to national gallery (which is excellent) and the national museum - also great!!

Saya menginap 3 malam disini, maaf Kamar mandi jorok banyak sisa rambut di lobang wastafel, dilantai juga ada sisa2 rambut. Kamar mandi bau, kamar juga tidak pernah dibersihkan. Semoga kedepan bisa lebih di perhatikan lagi. Hotel berada dipusat kota dekat tempat belanja dan tempat makan.
